During a keynote speech at Princeton on Thursday, European Commission chief Ursula von der Leyen issued a threat ahead of Sunday’s election. The leader warned that if a conservative bloc led by Giorgia Meloni won, they would take action as they did in conservative-led Hungary and Poland. The EU is terrified of Meloni, who has repeatedly railed against the Brussels bureaucrats and their radical lobbies and is poised to become the country’s first female prime minister.
As reported by RAIR Foundation USA, the polls have been exceptional for Meloni and her party, “Fratelli d’Italia (Brothers of Italy).” Together with Matteo Salvini’s Lega and Silvio Berlusconi’s Forza Italia, the party will likely achieve a governing majority. The threat of a conservative three-party coalition led by Giorgia Meloni governing Italy is causing panic in the European Union. Globalist Ursula von der Leyen laughably claims she is worried about democracy.
The EU Commission warned that she is closely monitoring the upcoming parliamentary elections in Italy. And in the direction of the likely winner of the election, she has already issued her threat: “If things go in a difficult direction, I’ve spoken about Hungary and Poland; we have tools,”

Salvini slammed her comments and denounced them as “shameful arrogance.” “What is this, a threat?” he wrote on Twitter. “Respect the free, democratic, and sovereign vote of the Italian people!”

Italy’s much-anticipated vote comes on the heels of elections in Sweden, which saw a surge in support for their conservative party, the Sweden Democrats. Like Italy’s conservatives, the anti-globalist Swedish party has criticized the EU elites and their radical left-wing policies.
The uprising of conservative parties has raised the alarm at the EU in Brussels, which has for years done everything in its power to destroy traditional parties and individuals.
