In the following exclusively translated RAIR Foundation USA video, a distraught mother, Vanessa Eliana, describes the way the staff at Ste-Justine Hospital in Quebec, demanded they administer a painful Chinese coronavirus test on her six day-old baby girl. The fragile newborn was returning to the hospital to be treated for jaundice when these unrelated demands were made by the Hospital staff.
Eliana pleaded with Hospital that the test was to painful for her new baby suffering from jaundice who was already needed to be confined to a therapeutic machine similar to an incubator.

Eliana requested the hospital test her for the coronavirus instead of her baby girl. As the mother explained to the hospital, her child had no symptoms and “never left the house other than for the hospital, and, of course, she had no contact with anyone except me; I’m her mother.”
In the absence of a coronavirus test, the hospital confined Eliana and her child in a quarantine area alongside those who had tested positive for coronavirus.

They demand that she undergo a Covid test, although she has no symptoms. She’s not even one week old. She never left the house other than for the hospital, and, of course, she had no contact with anyone except me; I’m her mother. I’m telling you I told them I refuse to Corona-test her because since her birth, she’s had more than twenty needles… the needle-bruising on her feet, and she is not even one week old, and I asked them to test me instead; it is more logical… I move around in the hospital while she is in this state… See! She cannot move, she can’t contaminate anyone.
And because I refused to Covid-test her, they will transfer me in one hour, and I repeat, that I refused to have her tested, but me, I have no problem with a test. They refuse to test me — the adult. They want to test her; she is in a machine. So, as I refused to have her tested because it is very painful, I can tell you, I had it twice, it hurts very much, and they are transferring us to a unit for infected people, although we are not infected, and they are transferring us to a testing area for people with symptoms and who are… and when they are infected, they’re transferred there.
So, I am making this video because if after leaving this unit we ever get coronavirus, I denounce Ste-Justine Hospital for their services rendered, their refusal to test me; they endangered us. Remember a few weeks ago, I told you they would go for the babies and the masks? Funny it was, right? But look, they want to test our 6-day-old babies, a baby with jaundice. And you saw it. She wants to be tested; they refuse. So, instead of testing her infant of six days, she said, ‘Test me.’ They don’t want to. But if she refused to be tested, they would place her and her infant in the Covid Unit. So, you see, those numbers you see displayed on your screens, they’ll increase by one. We’ll have one more Covid case and it would be the six-day old baby who was never tested. That’s it. Now, why would I publish the video of this girl?
You remember the young man, 19 years old,who, it is said, died from Covid, but, in truth, a heart attack was involved, and other issues?
