Minneapolis Becomes First U.S. City to Blast Islamic Call to Prayer Five Times a Day, Starting at 3:30 am (Update)

The left-wing Minneapolis City Council approved a noise ordinance change that will allow the Islamic call to prayer to be broadcasted from speakers in Minneapolis for all five daily prayers.

Going forward, mosques will be able to broadcast the call as early as 3:30 a.m. and as late as 11 p.m. Up to now, the broadcast was limited to only three or four times per day.

The Minnesota chapter of Hamas-linked CAIR (Council on American-Islamic Relations) is demanding that mosques in Minneapolis can broadcast the Islamic call to prayer five times a day versus the already allotted three times a day.

Referred to as the Adhan, the Islamic call to prayer is intended to show “power and control over a country.” The Adhan declares the supremacy of Allah of Islam and is considered a “warlike declaration.” The following is a translation of the Adhan by RAIR Foundation USA:

Allah is greater [than your God], (Allahu akbar); intoned four times.
I testify that there is no god [who is worthy of worship] except Allah.
I testify that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah.
Come to prayer. Come to prayer.
Come to success. Come to success
Allah is the greatest. Allah is the greatest.
There is no god except Allah.

The terror-tired group wants residents to not only hear the eardrum-shattering disturbance in the late mornings and afternoon but also in the early morning and evenings. For this to happen, the Islamic supremacists are demanding that the city’s noise ordinance rules be changed just for them.

“Considering that Muslims comprise only 3% of the population of Minneapolis, is it fair that the other 97% be subjected to this loud and offensive Muslim praying (audible from a 20-block radius) being blasted from high-powered amplifiers in some two dozen mosques five times a day, beginning at dawn and ending late at night,” asked news site BNI.

“Right now, the city of Minneapolis doesn’t allow for any noise to happen before 7 a.m. or after 10 p.m., and unfortunately for the Muslim community, we have been hoping to get the call to prayer here in Minneapolis, and we are unable to do that unless we change the ordinance,” said the controversial anti-Christian executive director of CAIR-MN, Jaylani Hussein.CAIR’s Minnesota leader, Jaylani Hussein, even refused to condemn Hamas or the Muslim Brotherhood when directly asked the question in a public forum.

Most Muslims are supposed to pray five times a day – at dawn, noon, mid-afternoon, sunset, and evening.

The current ordinance only allows for three Islamic “calls to prayer” daily. 

“After this, all completely passes, Minneapolis will be the first major city to allow for the call of prayer; among the beautiful things happening this month will be another wonderful celebration,” he said.

Like many other Islamic groups and leaders, CAIR hopes that Minneapolis, which boasts a large Somalian migrant community, can set an example for Muslims across the country, locally and nationwide, on how to Islamize their communities, cities, and states.

CAIR has always been clear about its intentions to make the United States Islamic. CAIR Founder/Chairman Emeritus Omar Ahmad stated, “Islam isn’t in America to be equal to any other faith but to become dominant…The Koran, the Muslim book of scripture, should be the highest authority in America, and Islam the only accepted religion on Earth.”

While CAIR bills itself as a “Muslim civil rights” organization, the evidence shows it is a Muslim Brotherhood organization operating on behalf of the designated Foreign Terrorist Organization Hamas.

Hamas’ charter states:

“The Prophet, Allah bless him and grant him salvation, has said: ‘The Day of Judgement will not come about until Moslems fight the Jews (killing the Jews), when the Jew will hide behind stones and trees. The stones and trees will say O Moslems, O Abdulla, there is a Jew behind me, come and kill him. Only the Gharkad tree, (evidently a certain kind of tree) would not do that because it is one of the trees of the Jews.” (related by al-Bukhari and Moslem).’

CAIR has also received funds from other Hamas entities and organizations affiliated with Al Qaeda. In fact, a document retrieved from CAIR headquarters reveals internal discussions at CAIR to support Osama bin Laden.

The west is choosing to advance Sharia by embracing the Adhan, which declares all religions except Islam false and is a symbol and declaration of Islamic supremacy. It is also an example of a cultural and civilizational jihad   and the submission of a Western city.

Cultural jihad is the attempt to change and subvert Western culture from within, or more simply put: to Islamize it—the Muslim Brotherhood’s strategy for the West.

Any concession that non-Muslims make to adopt Islamic norms and laws gradually erodes the foundations of Western civilization, undermines the principles of the rule of law, and ends the fundamental notion of equality for all individuals.
