Paris, France: In a case that has outraged many across the country, an Afghan migrant was sentenced to 18 months in prison with 12 months suspended for forcibly kissing a 7-year-old French girl near the Trocadéro in the 16th arrondissement of Paris. The Paris court handed down the verdict on Wednesday, January 3, following a swift “conviction.”
The sexual attack occurred on the evening of December 30 when the young girl had briefly separated from her parents near the Trocadéro square. According to information provided by the prosecution, the girl was kissed on the mouth by the Afghani, who held her hand and pressed her against him. Her father, who witnessed the attack, managed to subdue the pedophile until the arrival of the police.

In a heartfelt plea, he highlighted the tragic reality facing families today when simply going for a family walk in a city like Paris has become an unsafe endeavor.
He lamented the deteriorating security situation in their beloved city, which is causing growing concern among its residents. The father urged politicians to address this issue urgently, emphasizing that eloquent speeches on television are insufficient. He stressed that they need action and firmness to ensure the safety of all citizens.
Furthermore, the father passionately spoke about the need to remove individuals who cause harm in their country. He firmly asserted that such individuals have no place in France and must be swiftly expelled from its territory to restore peace and safety to their community. This sentiment was shared not only by him but also by his wife, who values tranquility above all else.
The father made it clear that their family isn’t seeking compensation; rather, they simply yearn for peace, which he emphasized is truly priceless. He shared a poignant memory of their daughter expressing her fear that the perpetrator might be released, potentially posing a threat to others. This fear underscores the urgency of addressing the issue decisively and ensuring the safety of innocent children and families who wish to enjoy the city without fear.
Regrettably, justice for this young girl and her parents remains frustratingly out of reach. Instead of deportation and ensuring that the Afghan migrant cannot harm another innocent French child, he will be permitted to continue residing in France.
Upon his release from prison, the Afghan migrant will receive “mandatory care,” including addiction and psychiatric follow-up, but deportation is not being pursued. Furthermore, France has made the questionable decision to allow this pedophile to remain within its borders, seemingly relying on the assumption that a man with a history of criminal behavior will somehow comply with their directives. These directives include maintaining no contact with the victim and refraining from engaging in any paid activities involving minors. Moreover, a paltry compensation payment of €1,000 to the victim has been mandated. At the same time, the pedophile must conform to “socio-judicial monitoring for three years, under the ominous threat of an additional two years in prison for non-compliance.”
It is important to emphasize that many Islamic terrorists responsible for both attacks and sexual crimes were already under state surveillance and/or had previous arrests related to sexual offenses. This alarming trend raises serious questions about the efficacy of existing security measures and the state’s complicity in these crimes.
Recent incidents near the Eiffel Tower have highlighted a disturbing pattern of attacks on females. On the night of January 1, an English policewoman was attacked and brutally assaulted, including rape, at the tower’s base. The attacker, wielding a knife, subjected her to a terrifying ordeal. In a separate incident last July, a Mexican tourist was assaulted by a “group of men” near Champ-de-Mars, underscoring ongoing security concerns in the area due to mass Islamic migration.
These alarming occurrences raise questions about the safety of females, many of whom are minors, in and around this iconic Parisian landmark, emphasizing the need for enhanced security measures, closing the borders, and deporting the illegal threats already residing in the country.
