Iranian Jihadi Known to Police is Shot by German Police, After Stabbing an Officer

The Islamic “asylum seeker” who was known to the police stabbed a sergeant in training during the confrontation before being shot.

LAUF/PEGNITZ, Germany – An incident in Lauf, Middle Franconia, resulted in the fatal shooting of a 34-year-old Iranian knife attacker by federal police. The Islamic “asylum seeker” who was known to the police stabbed a sergeant in training during the confrontation before being shot.

Incident Details

The Islamic attack and police shooting occurred on Sunday at 4:45 p.m. at a train station on the left bank of the Pegnitz River in the town of 26,500 inhabitants near Nuremberg. A patrol of three federal police officers was out on a routine check of the area around the train station when they noticed a man harassing passers-by. The officers confronted the man, who refused to hand over his identity papers and insulted the officers. He then pulled out a knife and attempted to attack the officers.

Attack on Patrol Car

The confrontation escalated when the suspect tried to open the door of the patrol car containing the three officers. Armed with a knife, he struck the vehicle. The officers drove a short distance away before exiting the car to confront the attacker. Despite being sprayed with pepper spray and warned by a warning shot, the suspect did not drop his weapon. Instead, he managed to stab a police intern who was training to become a sergeant. The protective vest worn by the intern saved him from serious injury. At this point, a female federal police officer shot the man in the stomach, resulting in his death.

Police Intern Attacked

The Iranian suspect had earlier attacked a police intern who was training to become a sergeant. The intern was saved from serious injury by his protective vest. “Ballistic stab-proof vests” are now standard police equipment due to the mass Islamic immigration.

Criminal Background

The man is said to be a 34-year-old Iranian and a rejected asylum seeker. According to BR research, he fled to Germany at the end of 2015 and had already come into conflict with the law. He violated the Narcotics Act, had dealings with drugs, and appeared in court for counterfeiting and attempted fraud. He was sentenced to one year in prison. The Iranian had filed a lawsuit against his rejected asylum decision, but the Ansbach Administrative Court rejected the lawsuit. He was currently only “tolerated” in Germany. This status, known as “Duldung,” means that although his asylum request was rejected, he could not be deported and stay temporarily under certain conditions.

Statements from Officials

Bavaria’s Interior Minister Joachim Herrmann stated that the federal police officers acted in self-defense. He highlighted the increasing frequency of such Islamic attacks by migrants, citing recent events in Mannheim and Bad Oeynhausen, where a police officer and a 20-year-old man died in attacks by illegals. Herrmann called for a tougher approach to asylum policy.

Response from the Bavarian Refugee Council

The left-wing Bavarian Refugee Council called for a “comprehensive and critical” investigation into the fatal shooting. Instead of recognizing the danger and loss of life Germans were experiencing at the hands of illegals, they attacked the police for using too much force against the terrorists.

They emphasized the need to examine the proportionality of the use of firearms. They called for more psychosocial services for people in crisis situations and better training in de-escalation measures for police officers. They will go to any length necessary to protect their open border policies. They will attack guns and blame the police. Still, it is not their organization that fights to flood Germany with incompatible refugees from nations that despise Westerners or from Islamic backgrounds taught to hate non-Muslims.

Summary

This incident shines another spotlight on the ongoing challenges faced by law enforcement in dealing with open border policies and migrants from Islamic nations, particularly those with a history of criminal behavior. The response by the federal police highlights the complexities and dangers involved in such situations. This case once again calls into question why the left-wing government refuses to tighten asylum policies despite increasing violence from migrants.
