Disbarred and Forced into Exile: The Lawyer Suing Canada’s Premiers and Health Ministers Over COVID Crimes

On Sunday, September 8th, a press conference was held outside Canada’s Supreme Court building, with Sue Sproule speaking on behalf of Quebec lawyer Glorianne Blais. Blais has filed lawsuits against every provincial premier and health minister across Canada, alleging egregious human rights violations carried out under the guise of the COVID-19 pandemic. This legal challenge targets both the pandemic regulations and the constitutionality of the entire public health law.

Glorianne Blais has become a defiant figure for Canadians who feel their rights were trampled during the pandemic. Despite being disbarred after refusing a court-ordered psychiatric evaluation—following her staunch opposition to the Trudeau government’s vaccine policies—Blais remains undeterred. Currently living in hiding in France due to threats linked to her legal actions, she continues to lead a class-action lawsuit. This lawsuit targets 35 officials, including Canadian politicians and health authorities, accusing them of deliberately spreading misinformation about the vaccines, particularly the claim that they were “safe and effective.”

Disillusioned by the Canadian judicial system’s failure to protect citizens from governmental overreach, foreign influence, and pharmaceutical lobbying, Blais sought asylum in France. She believes that pursuing justice abroad will help expose these shortcomings and protect Canada’s democratic integrity. In her appeal to the National Court of Asylum of the French Republic, Blais emphasizes the need to stand against these pressures to safeguard the welfare of future generations.
