Open Borders Germany: 13-Year-Old Beaten and Stabbed in the Heart – 5 of 7 Suspects Already Released

A 13-year-old boy, Finn Lukas L., was brutally attacked and stabbed in the heart by a group of seven individuals aged 14 to 22 in Kiel, almost all of whom have migration backgrounds. The victim narrowly survived after emergency resuscitation and surgery. Despite the severity of the crime, five of the suspects have already been released, their young age cynically used as justification.

The attack, reportedly motivated by a dispute over a 15-year-old girl, unfolded on Sunday evening, January 19, 2025, in the Gaarden district of Kiel. Finn was lured from his residential care home under false pretenses by the group and brought to the schoolyard of the “Christian School Kiel” (CSK). There, he was beaten unconscious before being stabbed.

Resuscitated and Operated On

Police officers responding to the scene found Finn critically injured and managed to save his life through resuscitation. He was rushed to a hospital, where surgeons performed a life-saving four-hour operation. His mother, Nora L. (40), shared her anguish, revealing that she had received a threatening phone call before the attack. “The man on the phone claimed my son had hit a girl and said he would shoot him if necessary,” she told reporters.

Two 18-Year-Olds in Custody

The suspects were apprehended later that night. Two of them, 18-year-old Baran K., a German-Turk known to police, and another 18-year-old identified only as T., have been placed in pre-trial detention for attempted manslaughter. T. is accused of delivering the nearly fatal stab wound.

At 22 years old, this man is the oldest alleged member of the knife gang

A Shocking Lack of Detention for Others

The other five suspects were released, including a 15-year-old girl at the center of the dispute (featured in the photo below). Arrest warrants were issued for them on suspicion of attempted manslaughter, but the court ruled against detention, citing their age and low risk of flight.

Among the released individuals is a 14-year-old who returned home to his parents after just two days in custody (photo featured below). The girl, also brought before a judge, was similarly spared pre-trial detention despite being present during the attack.

A Worsening Trend of Youth Violence

This case highlights the growing problem of extreme violence among youths in Germany. Police statistics point to a concerning increase in violent crimes committed by young individuals, with many cases involving suspects with migration backgrounds. Critics argue that the leniency shown to young offenders, particularly in cases of severe violence, sends the wrong message.

A 15-year-old will appear before the judge on Tuesday. However, he will be spared from pre-trial detention

A Changed Nation

The attack on Finn exposes the harsh truth about Germany’s unraveling safety—a reality driven by years of reckless, uncontrolled immigration. The left once celebrated mass migration as cultural “enrichment,” but the bitter aftermath tells a different story. Communities are less safe, violent crime is escalating, and trust in the system is eroding. While Finn clings to recovery, the public is no longer content with excuses. They demand justice and real change, knowing full well that another attack is only a matter of time.
