Ballot Curing Exposed: How CCP-Linked Operatives and Radical Leftists Are Stealing Elections (Video)

The Chinese Communist Party-Tied ‘Seed the Vote’ and other militant left organizations have been using the “ballot curing” process to push democrats over the finish line, warns Trevor Loudon, an author, speaker, and filmmaker known for uncovering political subterfuge.

Leftist activists have been descending on “strategic” locations in the wake of the 2024 election to salvage tight races in Arizona and Nevada. It is almost unbelievable that ballot curing is legal, as it is clearly being exploited by partisan actors.

What is Ballot Curing?

Ballot curing is a process where election officials and volunteers give voters an opportunity to fix errors on their mail-in ballots, such as missing or mismatched signatures. Not all states have a ballot curing process. But according to the indispensable website Ballotpedia, “33 states required officials to notify voters and allow voters to correct signature errors through a process called ballot curing.” Every state has different rules surrounding the process.

Several states allow partisan actors to be involved in the process, including Arizona, California, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania (by county), and Washington.

Seed the Vote

According to Trevor Loudon, the Bay Area-based Seed the Vote (STV), which has links to the Chinese Communist Party, was founded to resist President Trump. Trevor’s recent book “STEALTH: Kamala Harris’s Communist Roots” delves into the organization, and Trevor also created a mini-documentary with the Committee on Present Danger China on Seed the Vote in 2020:

While the spirit of ballot curing is to give voters a second chance to fix their ballot, Seed the Vote and others are not interested in “curing” votes belonging to their political opposition. 

A mass email sent by Seed the Vote on November 7, 2024, explains in part:

“It is now critically important for us to cure ballots in strategic places. This involves finding people whose ballots were rejected, to ensure they contact the registrar’s office for their votes to be counted. In AZ, we are curing ballots across the state and in CD-6, currently the CLOSEST House race in the entire country. If we can win key congressional races, we can keep Republicans from controlling the House. Further, NV Senator Jacky Rosen’s race is still incredibly close (as of the time of this email), and curing ballots there could help solidify her victory.”

In the following video, a Seed the Vote activist in Arizona explains that she is “curing some votes and trying to save some of the Congressional races” and brags about hunting down a voter on the “ballot curing” list who “volunteered with groups associated with Democratic causes”.

Indivisible

“Our movement began as a means to stop the Trump agenda, we succeeded, and we will do it again,” Indivisible declared in a mass email encouraging supporters to cure ballots dated November 6, 2024. 

Yet Indivisible is allowed to solicit supporters to “cure” ballots in Arizona, Michigan, Nevada and California. 

Indivisible makes it clear in their mass email that ballot curing is not about making sure “every vote is counted” but about defeating President Trump.

The idea that groups specifically established to oppose President Trump, like Seed the Vote, Indivisible, and their militant left allies such as the Working Families Party (who bragged that they “cured over 2,000 ballots” in Pennsylvania) and Lucha and the Sunrise Movement, are permitted to get their hands on ballots in closely contested elections opens up significant opportunities for potential misuse.

Women for Harris-Walz

Other organizations promoted “Ballot Curing”, include “Women for Harris-Walz”, founded by Jill Biden initially as “Women for Biden-Harris”. Women for Harris-Walz sent multiple emails to supporters about ballot curing and other strategies to ensure democrat wins, even before the election. On November 1st, Women for Harris-Walz gave links for vote curing in “battleground states”. 

From their email dated November 9, 2024:

“Ballots are still being counted in multiple states, and the curing process is URGENT. These votes could make the difference in House races that decide which party will control the chamber, and provide the only guardrail remaining against the extremist Republican agenda.

The Women for Harris-Walz email was extremely detailed, and notably also tells supporters to push their members of congress to fill 47 federal judicial vacancies with leftist activists. The email says in part “[T]he courts must be as entrenched against Trump as we can make them in the next 2 months:”

There’s one more thing you can do now, and it will only take a few minutes! There are about 47 federal judicial vacancies. There are only nominees listed for 17 of them. The filibuster for judicial appointments no longer exists, and we still have Democratic control of the Senate for 2 months. If you have Democratic senators, CALL THEM and tell them to get nominees in for each vacancy, and push confirmation through before the Senate changes hands. The courts must be as entrenched against Trump as we can make them in the next 2 months.

Some of these vacancies have existed since 2021 and 2022. While President Biden is handing off fewer judicial vacancies than any other president in modern history, they can still do better. Deadline’s up. Call both your senators if both are Democrats!

314 Action

314 Action recruits and supports democrat scientists for office. They claim to have “helped elect ten scientists to the U.S. House of Representatives, three to the U.S. Senate, and more than 100 others to state and local offices across the country.” In a mass email to supporters dated November 8, 314 Action asked for volunteers to help with ballot curing in California’s 27th Congressional District to support their candidate NASA Chief of Staff George Whitesides. 

Their email says in part:

Republicans previously won this district by just 333 votes and it very well could be headed to a recount: Which is why George needs our help to fund his recount fund this weekend.

The best line of defense we could possibly have against a Trump Presidency and GOP controlled Senate is a Democratic House: And it’s hard to imagine we win one if George loses.

[…]

Donate directly to George’s recount fund so we can make sure every single ballot is counted (reminder: 560,000 ballots were thrown out in 2020 due to tiny errors that could have been counted if they were fixed in a process known as ballot curing!).

George Whitesides won the race, flipping it from a GOP seat. How much did ballot curing make a difference?

The exploitation of the ballot curing process by these organizations, who are not neutral but explicitly anti-Trump and pro-Democratic, poses a severe threat to the integrity of American elections. The exploitation of ballot curing serves as a strategic maneuver to alter election outcomes in favor the Democrats, raising alarms about the potential for systemic abuse in the electoral system. As partisan activists exploit legal processes to reshape the outcome of tight races, the question is no longer whether the integrity of our democratic system is under attack but how long we will allow it to endure before taking decisive action to safeguard the will of the American people.
