BREAKING: Former CIA Station Chief Exposes Potential List of Indictments for Obama Era Officials - Death Penalty!? (Must Watch)

Brad Johnson notes that the most serious potential indictment would be levied on John Brennan – conspiracy to commit treason which could trigger the recently reinstated federal death penalty.

In the following exclusive RAIR Foundation USA interview, Retired CIA Chief of Station, Brad Johnson dropped a bombshell with potential names and accompanying charges for numerous Obama era top intelligence officials. While Johnson cautions that the list is unconfirmed, he does believes it comes from credible sources and follows logically from recent developments.

Among the Obama top intelligence brass facing potential indictment are former CIA Director John Brennan, former Attorney General of United States Loretta Lynch, former Deputy Attorney General of the United States Sally Yates, former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, former Deputy Director of the FBI Andrew McCabe, and former FBI Director James Comey.

Johnson notes that the most serious potential indictment would be levied on John Brennan – conspiracy to commit treason. As the main nexus between all of the potentially indicted officials, Brennan’s charges could trigger the recently reinstated federal death penalty, as speculated by Johnson.

  • 3 counts of conspiracy to overthrow government
  • 2 counts of lying to Congress

Sally Yates – former US Attorney and former Deputy Attorney General of the United States:

  • 3 counts of conspiracy to overthrow government
  • 3 counts of obstruction of justice

James Clapper – former Director of National Intelligence:

  • 3 counts of conspiracy to overthrow government
  • 2 counts of lying to Congress

James Comey – former Director fo the FBI:

  • 3 counts of conspiracy to overthrow government
  • 6 counts of perjury
  • 4 counts of obstruction of justice
  • 4 counts of falsifying government documents

Andrew McCabe – former Deputy Director of the FBI:

  • 3 counts of conspiracy to overthrow government

Bruce Orr – former Justice Department official:

Brad Johnson retired as a Senior Operations Officer and Chief of Station with the Central Intelligence Agency’s Directorate of Operations. He has served domestically and abroad with numerous assignments often during periods of armed conflict. He has served overseas in direct support of the War against Terrorism. Mr. Johnson is a certified senior expert in Counterintelligence issues with extensive direct experience in the field. He is a senior expert in surveillance and surveillance detection issues. He has proven expertise in dangerous operational environments with the highest level of training and extensive direct experience in tradecraft for dangerous areas. His proven expertise also extends to denied operational environments (most difficult and restrictive) with the highest levels of training offered anywhere in the USG or the world and extensive direct experience. Mr. Johnson managed the overseas portion of the Persons Indicated For War Crimes (PIFWC) program and has served overseas as Chief of Station multiple times. He is an enrolled member of The Cherokee Nation, a Federally Recognized Tribe. Since his retirement from the CIA, Mr. Johnson has run a successful intelligence related training company.   • This is a great wish list. But I don’t believe this “list” will happen. Oh, these criminals definitely deserve these charges NO DOUBT!! but, in reality I do not believe AG Barr or the DOJ has the testes to actually do it.

    • I agree with everything you’ve said. It’s a great fantasy but nobody will move or has the stones to do it. The democratic handlers have way too much power.
