McGill University President Deep Saini announced via email to the community on Tuesday that the university has requested police assistance to clear a radical pro-Hamas encampment occupying its campus.
In the email, Saini expressed the difficulty of resorting to police intervention, stating, “Having to resort to police authority is a gut-wrenching decision for any university president.” He emphasized the seriousness of the situation and the necessity of the decision in the present circumstances.
The University had previously informed the participants that the encampment was unauthorized and provided time for them to gather their belongings and leave the premises. However, despite these efforts, the radical and dangerous encampment remained, prompting the university to request police assistance.
According to Saini, the decision to involve the police was made late Monday after efforts to reach a resolution with the pro-terror students failed. McGill University tried to negotiate with the radical representatives of the student body but was unable to reach what they called a “compromise.:
In response to McGill’s request, Montreal police confirmed that they had received the request for assistance and are “evaluating” various options to ensure a “peaceful” outcome with the criminals.

Hours before McGill’s announcement, lawyer Neil Oberman filed a request in a Montreal court for an injunction seeking the dismantling of the encampment. Oberman is representing two students in the hearing, which began Tuesday afternoon.
The two students claim that “not only does this encampment violate McGill’s bylaws, but it also creates a dangerous, hostile, aggressive and violent environment for students, staff, and professors, as well as for those participating in the encampment.”
Video footage from the encampment and marches has shown troubling chants of “There is only one solution: Intifada revolution!” The following footage was captured by a RAIR supporter who sent us this original video:
Despite the impending police intervention, students in the encampment reiterated their commitment to their fight to support Hamas.
Below are some photos and video taken by a colleague of RAIR Foundation on the streets near McGill of some of the marchers as they take over the streets.
Eh, college is for study and learning. It is not for protesting and being hamassholes! Hit the books—so you can earn a living. By the way, those tents are flammable.
This generation is as useless as the last two! GTFO!

Best years of my life were under this President!
Take off their masks. Compare pictures/mugshots of blm, trantifa, and marxist-satanist front group protesters. I betcha there will be overlapping memberships. All of these idiots are probably getting some government subsidies as well as cash for protesting. They are scammers, double-dippers, perverts, and drug addicts. GTFO!
