Tanya Gaw from the group Action4Canada spoke with RAIR Foundation USA in an exclusive interview. Gaw and her team, including prominent attorney Rocco Galati, are fighting “draconian lockdown measures” in Canada with legal action.
The activist relays a story of how she announced the effort to rally-goers during an event in Vancouver, BC, and left with a cardboard box filled with 14k dollars, proving how hungry people are for freedom.

Action4Canada is raising funds to commence legal action against the Federal and BC [British Columbia] governments in response to their extreme emergency measures. These measures are not supported by science or facts and are causing a great deal of harm to the majority of Canadians.
Gaw explained to RAIR that Galati is challenging specific lockdown legislation as unconstitutional to build a strong case. The team follows where other countries have had legal successes and working on learning from them.
