There is a religious war raging in German schools.
According to a survey by the Lower Saxony Criminological Research Institute (KFN), a majority of Muslim students (67.8 percent) say, “The rules of the Koran are more important to me than the laws in Germany.” Almost half (45.8 percent) believe Islamic Theocracy is the best form of government. The survey is not representative, but experts and politicians are still very concerned.
Now, a state security officer is sounding the alarm in the German site BILD: The situation in schools is even more dramatic. He says, “More and more parents of German children are turning to counseling centers because the Christian children want to convert so that they are no longer outsiders at school.”

► Reason: The number of Muslim children in schools has been increasing rapidly for years. Christian children are often in the minority, especially in big cities. The public protector notes, “Due to the strong immigration in the last eight years, the proportion of Muslim young people and children in schools has increased significantly. In addition, many of the children come from strictly religious families. Migrants from Syria, Afghanistan, and Iraq, in particular, come from very archaic cultures.”
► Many Muslim families from these countries have entirely different moral standards than German families. According to the state protector, people live strictly according to the Koran and Islam, and family honor comes first.
“When girls at school behave too Westernized in the eyes of Muslim young people, don’t wear a headscarf, or meet boys, the male students think they have to defend their honor and warn the girls to behave like devout Muslims. In addition, there is also peer pressure; they want to belong.”

► The German teachers at schools are overwhelmed, look away, do nothing, or fail. The public protector warns, “The male Muslim students usually appear very threatening and sometimes violent. Real parallel societies are emerging in the schoolyards. And if a lot of refugee children come to school again in the summer, the situation will become even more explosive.”
► There are now schools in large cities where the proportion of Muslim students is well over 80 percent: Berlin, Frankfurt, Offenbach, Duisburg, Essen. And the students are being incited by young Muslims. The state protector knows, “There are certain TikTok channels in which Islamic pop stars convince students that they have to oppose the Western way of life and that only a caliphate is the right form of government.”
Our children now have to pay for what politics has screwed up in terms of integration. “They are persuaded that the Muslim students are special, while the Christian and therefore unbelieving students are worthless,” says the public protector, referring to the hate channels on social media.

For the vast majority of Germans, the abbreviation USA stands for the land of unlimited opportunities. For the Zalando, however, there is a Hitler message behind the three letters. The Berlin-based online retailer actually warns against this abbreviation on clothing on a list.
What’s behind it? At the beginning of April, Zalando launched a campaign together with the Hamburg association “Loud against Nazis”: Fashion against Fascism. The “largest online database against Nazi codes” was launched. The aim is to “prevent the spread of right-wing extremist messages in the fashion industry”.
The fashion retailers “About you”, Baur and Bonprix are also participating in this database. “Only together can we prevent products with questionable imprints from being distributed or sold,” says Zalando CEO Pascal Brun. The list with over 200 entries should help companies “to check that right-wing codes are not unknowingly being distributed via their stores”.
The abbreviation USA also appears in the database. The following is written: “Description: ‘Unser Seliger Adolf’, first used by Winifred Wagner: “We old National Socialists invented a new code name after the war. As we couldn’t talk about him in public, we called him USA, which means ‘Our Blessed Adolf’ in German.”

At an elementary school in NRW, the new language has consequences. The children now also use the genders for objects. The principal believes it is important to break down parents’ traditional role models.
The head of an elementary school in Lünen, North Rhine-Westphalia, has described the experiences she and her colleagues have had with gendering in the classroom. Iris Lüken told the Ruhr Nachrichten newspaper that the children were now also looking for gender-neutral terms for objects.
For example, the pupils turned “chair” into the new word “chair-inside” and “table” into “table-in”. Another example is “Plakat-in” for “Plakat”. She found this “funny” and explained that the school would continue to adhere to the new language rules.
After all, it is an important goal to ensure right at the start of school that traditional role models, which are often nurtured at home, do not become entrenched in the children’s minds in the first place. All pupils should be addressed in the same way.
