Klaus Schwab’s Chief Advisor Demands Social Media Owners Held Liable for 'Untrustworthy' Content (Video)

In a new and highly controversial statement, Yuval Noah Harari, a globalist and chief advisor to the World Economic Forum (WEF), has called for social media company owners—like Elon Musk—to be held liable for the content their platforms’ algorithms promote. Harari’s comments come as the battle over free speech on platforms like X (formerly Twitter) intensifies, particularly with critical elections on the horizon.

Harari’s argument challenges the longstanding defense used by social media companies: freedom of speech. “They always try to protect themselves by appealing to freedom of speech… the companies need to take responsibility for their algorithm,” Harari declared. He insists that platforms must be held accountable not just for user-generated content but for the ways their algorithms amplify or suppress specific messages.

This represents a significant shift in focus, moving beyond content creators and aiming directly at the mechanisms of content distribution. Harari’s stance is clear: “If the algorithm is writing it, then you’re definitely liable for what your algorithm is writing.” This brings into focus the growing role of artificial intelligence (AI) in moderating online content.

Targeting Elon Musk’s Vision

Harari’s comments appear to be a direct shot at Elon Musk, who purchased X with the aim of promoting an open flow of information. Musk has long championed the idea that information should be free, and that a thriving democracy depends on the free exchange of ideas, even controversial ones. Harari dismisses this viewpoint, saying, “Information isn’t truth. Most information in the world is junk… If you think that you just flood the world with information and the truth will float up—no, it will sink.”

Harari suggests that Musk’s hands-off approach—allowing all information to flow freely—creates an environment where truth is overwhelmed by noise. He argues that institutions like newspapers, universities, and courts are necessary to sift through information and determine what is reliable. He draws a comparison to an editor at a major newspaper, noting that just as an editor is responsible for what is placed on the front page, social media companies should be held to the same standard when their algorithms promote content.

A Threat to Free Speech?

The crux of Harari’s argument is that content moderation should no longer be an afterthought and that platform owners should not be able to hide behind claims of free speech to avoid accountability. But critics see a different story unfolding. This shift in thinking could easily lead to an assault on free speech, especially if platforms like X are punished for allowing controversial or non-mainstream left-wing views to be seen.

Harari’s remarks highlight a broader concern about what counts as “reliable” information and who gets to decide. If platforms are held liable for content their algorithms push, this could effectively stifle speech that does not align with the views of those in power—especially non-WEF, non-establishment voices. By placing legal responsibility on the owners of these platforms, Harari is advocating for a new level of control over online discourse, one that many see as a threat to the very principle of free speech.

The Legal and Social Implications

The implications of Harari’s call for liability are significant. For instance, if a platform like X is held legally responsible for content deemed unreliable, it could be forced to adopt extreme censorship measures, fearing litigation. This is particularly concerning as we head into a politically charged season, where platforms like X are vital tools for public discourse.

Harari references the long-standing debate over Section 230 in the U.S., which protects platforms from being held responsible for the content their users post. This has been a cornerstone of Internet speech protections. However, Harari seems to believe that the rise of AI and algorithms complicates this dynamic, warranting a new approach where platforms are responsible not just for hosting content but also for how it’s distributed.

By singling out Elon Musk and platforms like X, Harari is essentially advocating for a system where freedom of speech is secondary to algorithmic responsibility. This would open the door to legal repercussions for those who don’t comply with WEF or establishment-approved narratives. This move could have profound consequences for the future of free speech on the internet, especially in the context of AI-driven censorship.

A Chilling Precedent

Harari’s call for liability could have far-reaching consequences, especially for free speech. While addressing misinformation may seem reasonable on the surface, holding platforms like X accountable for their algorithms will likely lead to extreme censorship—something we already witnessed between 2020 and 2023 regarding the COVID virus and potential treatments. By singling out Elon Musk and others, Harari advocates a future where freedom of speech is subordinate to algorithmic control.

There are at least two major concerns: Who decides what constitutes ‘reliable’ information, and is it more harmful for a republic to encounter potentially incorrect information than to have state regulations controlling what can be said in public forums? If platforms face legal repercussions for amplifying non-mainstream content, they may suppress dissenting voices to avoid litigation. This could turn the internet into a space where gatekeepers, rather than users, control discourse—a dangerous precedent in the digital age.

  • WHY IS THAT TERRORIST ORGANISATION WEF AND THEIR LEADERS AND MEMBERS STILL ACTIVE? WHY ARE THEY NOT ARRESTED AND HANGED FOR CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY?
WEF IS A TERRORIST ORGANISATION AND ALL THEIR MEMBERS ARE EXTREMELY DANGEROUS TERRORISTS!
ARREST AND HANG IMMEDIATELY SCHWAB, HARARI, TRUDEAU, STUBB, MACRON, MERKEL, MARIN, ARDERN, ZELENSKY, MELONI, VON DER LEYEN, AND ALL THE REST OF THOSE CRIMINALS!
HARARI’S BOOKS ARE ALSO SOLD IN BOOK STORES, THOSE EVIL BOOKS MUST ALL BE BURNED, SAME AS THEY DID WITH “MEIN KAMPF”!

  • THE IDIOTS OF HOLLYWOOD, SHAME ON YOU:
“So far, Harris has pulled in support from other Hollywood personalities like George Clooney, Julia Roberts, Ben Stiller, Mark Hamill, Jamie Lee Curtis and rapper Cardi B.”

AND OF COURSE THE JERK: ROBERT DE NIRO.

    BOYCOTT THEM ALL!

  • But yet things like porn fall under free speech and that’s okay, right?

Just opinions and truths that reveal your sick occultism is banned.

  • I don’t care about “Social Media” but I do care about the mainstream media and their lies and misinformation daily. They are given a trusted role in our society and have abused that trust to the point where 80% of the public does not trust them. How about we hold them to a standard of taking responsibility for what they air/print and have rules and fines when they do not?

    • First of all, because it’s not the govt’s job to decide what is on media.

Second, because we still have a First Amendment to the US Constitution.

Third, because you would need to create and fund entire departments to
hire spies, snitches, and monitors to decide what is misinformation and
      what is not.

Fourth, because you are describing, almost perfectly, the former Soviet Union.

  • From the facial expressions and the clothes he wears, that demonic evil bodily waste has Peddle File written all over him.

    • Instead of making wild assumptions and accusations that may or may not be true, how about we deal with what we actually know about the monster? Why not react to the evil nonsense he actually says? Why go off into the deep weeds and try to read into his face and clothes that he is a sexual sicko. Are the known threats he poses to humanity not enough to deal with? Do we really need to make up stuff about him??

  • Advocating speech control is consistent with essential approach to creating world communists state. Communism can not survive free speech just as globalism is not compatible with individual freedom.

  • Harari’s truth is my lie.
    My truth is Harari’s misinformation
Subjective truth, mine is always truer than yours.
The ONE and only TRUE Elohim is YAHsua, ( spelling will cause more controversy)
Because Evil thrives on controversy and division.

  • I agree. Right after we prosecute and hold Facebook accountable for the plethora of misinformation around the vaccine and covid that led to the deaths of thousands of people. That would be a great place to start. This evil person isn’t talking about misinformation he is talking about the defacto propaganda pushed by the left.

  • Yuval Harari is untrustworthy. Any outlet that cites him should be bankrupted by fine made payable to Alex Jones, Tucker Carlson and Steve Bannon.

  • Harari is nothing more than a little maggot that hates humans he considers beneath himself. He’s a sick sociopath that delights in the power to decide who lives or dies. He is absolutely mentally ill calling for the elimination of billions of “useless eaters” of which does not include himself or the elites of the WEF. He creates nothing, builds nothing and only consumes but does not include himself as a useless eater. This weak scrawny little gay man will put previous dictators to shame given the chance.

  • Yes let’s go after untrustworthy sites like the World Health Organization and the CDC. By all means Harari we must start at the tippy top where untrustworthy narratives are conceived. We must start with all .org and .gov entities.

  • Sri Lanka was flooded with information and advice from Schwab and his group and it did sink. The Netherlands was flooded with information and advice from the WEF and it is trying to claw its way back from almost sinking. This guy and all who agree with him are evil!

  • Harari is an atheist radical extremist, and one of the most evil men on the planet.
His bizarre ideas are so foul that it is nearly impossible to take the guy seriously.

His claims would be hilarious if delivered as jokes at a nightclub. But they are suicidal for any govt or private entities stupid enough to accept them, so hardly funny. The guy is so twisted, so sick, that he needs to be arrested and detained for his, and our, good.
