Alarming Threats of Conquest
The most alarming part of the video is the explicit threats of Islamic conquest over Europe. “Islam is the future for the West, it is the future for Paris, it is the future for France, it is the future for Europe. Islam will come and take over all these capitals, one by one,” a speaker boldly declares. This statement makes explicit and overt their plans for what they believe is the inevitable dominance of Islam over European societies, cultures, and laws.
The speakers criticized the focus on superficial aspects of their religion, such as their sharia beards and niqabs, arguing that these issues distract from more significant socio-economic grievances. “What are we worried about? Our clothing. To know whether our beard or the niqab of women will improve the situation of the French?” they question, suggesting that these concerns are trivial compared to their larger agenda.
Rejection of Democracy
Their disdain for Western democratic values is made clear. When asked, “Do you still agree with democracy now?” the response is a resounding “No!” This outright rejection of democracy is perhaps the key feature within the deep ideological divide between Muslims and French society.
