An alarming study conducted by the Henry Jackson Society think tank sheds light on the dangerous views of British Muslims regarding contentious issues such as Hamas, Sharia law, and jihad. The study, conducted online by the research company JL Partners between February 16 and March 13, surveyed 1,000 British Muslims aged 18 and above.
According to the findings, only one in four British Muslims believe that Hamas was responsible for the murders and rapes in Israel on October 7. We learn that only 24% of respondents admit that Hamas carried out murders and rapes in Israel during the Islamic terrorist attack. 39% believe that the Islamic terror group has not committed such abuses, while 38% say they “do not know.”
The study indicates that 46% of respondents believe that Jews have too much influence on the policy of the British government, with 18% indicating uncertainty. Furthermore, 72% perceive Israel as taking a “racist initiative,” while 46% express sympathy for Hamas, compared to only 3% for Israel.
Moreover, a significant portion of respondents, 32%, view the establishment of Sharia law in the United Kingdom within the next 20 years as desirable, while 22% hold a positive opinion on jihad. Additionally, 52% advocate for the prohibition of any representation of the Prophet Muhammad in the UK, and a majority (63%) support the introduction of prayer rooms in non-religious establishments such as schools and businesses.
Another striking revelation is that 57% of surveyed Muslims support mandating halal food in schools and hospitals. Furthermore, 27% advocate for the criminalization of homosexuality, while 45% remain indifferent or uncertain on the matter.
Only 3% of respondents express a positive view of the Islamic State.
The poll reveals even more alarming trends, as journalist Daniel Greenfield highlights in a detailed breakdown of the statistics.
- 1 in 5 Younger Muslims (aged 18-24) viewed making Islam “our national religion” as “very desirable,” with a total of 43% supporting the redefinition of the UK as an Islamic state. Only 16% opposed it.
- 1 in 4 British Muslim men expressed a positive view of Jihad. Additionally, 46% of British Muslims sympathized with Hamas, a figure that rose to 58% among younger British Muslims. None effectively expressed sympathy towards Israel. Previously, 1 in 4 Muslims had sympathized with the 7/7 suicide bombers in London.
- 52% of Muslims supported a ‘blasphemy’ ban on Mohammed cartoons. A previous poll indicated that 1 in 4 Muslims supported the Hebdo attacks.
- Among younger Muslim respondents, 59% supported a blasphemy ban, with only 20% opposed.
- 46% of younger Muslims favored the establishment of a Muslim political party to vie for power in Britain, potentially paving the way for the imposition of Islamic law on the entire country.
- 41% of Pakistani Muslim respondents in the UK desired Sharia law, and 37% wanted Islam to be recognized as the national religion. Pakistani settlers constituted the largest single Muslim group surveyed. Furthermore, 61% of Pakistani Muslim settlers supported compulsory Halal, and 49% advocated for the formation of an Islamic political party.

Why is this “shocking”? There are literally thousands of videos online where Muslims in Europe tell us in no uncertain terms that they intend to turn the European states into islamic republics. The Netherlands and Belgium seem to be the closest. Once there is a voting majority of Muslims in a western country they will make Sharia the law of the land.
