Son of Hamas Co-Founder Denounces Islamic Terror Group at UN, Exposes 'Savage' Indoctrination of Palestinian Kids (Video)

In a powerful half-hour speech at the United Nations on Monday, Mosab Hassan Yousef, the son of Hamas co-founder Sheikh Hassan Yousef, delivered a scathing critique of the Islamic terror organization that once claimed him as a member. Having defected from Hamas in the late ’90s, Mosab worked covertly with Israel’s security services to thwart multiple terrorist attacks orchestrated by the group. He has since embraced Christianity and chronicled his experiences in a 2010 autobiography titled “Son of Hamas.

Yousef, now 45, used the UN podium to shed light on what he called Hamas’ “genocidal death cult.” His speech touched on various aspects of his journey and experiences within the organization, providing a firsthand account of the indoctrination and brutality he witnessed.

Addressing the assembly, Yousef stated, “Hamas’ first crime against children in Palestinian societies is not arming them or encouraging suicide bombings. It’s the religious, ideological indoctrination that I had to go through with one intention in mind – to annihilate the State of Israel.”

He continued to highlight the brutality he endured within Hamas, emphasizing the Islamic terror organization’s ruthless tactics in suppressing dissent even within its own ranks. Describing a personal ordeal, Yousef revealed, “When I disobeyed Hamas, I was tied up to a post and whipped by a top leader. This is how much discipline they wanted me to become a violent savage like them.”

Yousef expressed his disillusionment with Hamas and its leadership, particularly his own father’s involvement. He condemned the group for its disregard for human life and its manipulation of the Palestinian cause for personal gain.

Reflecting on his time as a Hamas member, Yousef revealed his subsequent collaboration with Israeli intelligence to prevent suicide bombings, shedding light on the organization’s strategy of using human shields and the international pressure that hampered effective responses.

Yousef urged the international community to recognize the true nature of Hamas, emphasizing the potential global repercussions if the organization is not eradicated. He warned, “If Hamas is not defeated in Gaza, it will inspire many groups around the globe. They will see that a few thousands of savages can blackmail the international community and bring democracies to their knees.”

Yousef concluded his speech with a plea for unity and a blessing for the protection of all children, both Palestinian and Israeli, as well as hope for peace in the troubled region.

  • Well, he made it out alive from the cult of hamassholes and their corrupt and sadistic leadership. He converted to Christianity. Perhaps he can help others and children escape the indoctrination of hate? Normally, the hamassholes will kill a guy like this. I listened to about 10 minutes of the video, and he appears to be sincere. Good on him. The UN are all dirtbags though.
