In a recent interview with RAIR Foundation USA, Kelly Hale, a resolute restaurant owner from Kingston, Canada, shared his inspiring story of perseverance and determination in the face of oppressive pandemic measures. Despite facing multiple challenges and the loss of his livelihood, Hale stood firm in his convictions, becoming a symbol of resistance against government overreach and a beacon of hope for those who value individual freedoms.
Hale’s journey began in 2005 when he realized his lifelong dream of opening a restaurant sports bar named J.A.K.K Tuesdays; the name is an acronym representing each member of his family, each of whom was born on a Tuesday. Over the years, he poured his heart and soul into building his business, enduring long hours and weathering the inevitable ups and downs that come with entrepreneurship.
Everything changed when the COVID-19 pandemic struck. Like many businesses, Hale’s restaurant was forced to close for extended periods during the initial lockdowns. Despite the challenges, he managed to keep his business afloat until September 2021, when the government introduced vaccine passports. In response, Hale defiantly displayed a sign stating that his establishment, Jack Tuesdays, would not require vaccine passports for entry.
His refusal to comply with the mandates attracted the attention of health authorities, who issued bylaw tickets for not enforcing vaccine passports and mask-wearing. The irony of the situation was not lost on Hale, as he questioned the logic of asking for personal medical information from patrons while not requiring his staff to be vaccinated. He also highlighted the contradiction of wearing masks while entering the restaurant but then not having to wear them once seated at a table, seemingly contradicting the claimed effectiveness of such measures.
As the pressure mounted, Hale found himself at the center of a growing movement of support. People from far and wide traveled long distances to show solidarity and express gratitude for his courageous stance. Despite facing criticism and accusations of endangering the community, Hale maintained that his restaurant had not experienced any Covid outbreaks and that he stood by his convictions.
The battle escalated when public health officials permanently revoked his liquor license, followed by a closure order. Undeterred, Hale refused to back down and fought back in court, representing himself in a legal system that seemed stacked against him. While facing various appeals and court dates, he managed to secure a minor victory on Monday, paving the way for further legal challenges which could result in compensation.
Hale’s self-representation in court became crucial in his fight for justice. With the assistance of legal professionals like Jane Scharf and the unwavering support of individuals such as Rebecca Shepard, he navigated the complex legal landscape. He gained the flexibility to correct procedural errors that would have otherwise hindered his case.
The recent development in court allows Hale to introduce new evidence into his appeal, enhancing the chances of a favorable outcome. Despite the challenges he has faced, Hale remains steadfast in his belief that his fight extends beyond his individual circumstances. He sees the pandemic as a mere precursor to a larger agenda and emphasizes the importance of resisting government overreach and tyranny.
Hale’s inspiring story is a rallying cry for those who value personal freedoms and individual rights. His unwavering determination and refusal to submit to unjust mandates have made him a symbol of hope for individuals who seek to challenge the status quo and stand up for their convictions.
As Hale prepares for the next phase of his legal battle in the Ontario Court of Appeals, he remains hopeful that his fight will inspire others to push back against oppressive measures.
By standing up to government overreach, he believes the resistance can stifle the encroachment on fundamental rights and liberties, ultimately shaping a brighter, freer future for all.
Will you stop saying, “during the Covid pandemic,” you are ENABLING the fraud and mass murder by lethal injection of the perpetrators. The shots have STILL not been banned, and even a lung transplant patient in Canada has been DENIED her transplant because she refuses the Covid shot, which is associated with transplant rejection, in particular lung rejection. The corruption in Canada goes all the way to the Supreme Court of Canada that REFUSED her appeal against a denial of the life-saving surgery because she REFUSES the kill shot. Constantly referring to the shots as “vaccines” and to 2019-2023 as “the pandemic” ENABLES the mass murder to continue. The criminals who imposed these kill shots don’t want to be tried, jailed or in some countries executed for this genocide, so, of course, their lackey tribunals are helping them to COVER UP THEIR GUILT by playing innocent, which means they must continue to support the KILL SHOT.
Your determination to promote this fraud is amazing, given your recent interview with Denis Rancourt who pointed out that there WAS no apparent pandemic, the markers were absent, the mass deaths began only after the kill shot rolled out. But, keep commemorating the event as “the pandemic”.
In a much earlier court case, this fellow, Roncarelli, had his liquor license cancelled as punishment for his personal convictions, and laid supposed bedrock for the principle of the Rule of Law. I wonder if Hale’s advisers have looked at this one for potential relevance. https://scc-csc.lexum.com/scc-csc/scc-csc/en/item/2751/index.do
Goverene + mentis is Latin, and means to control the mind. Government works on two-digit I.Q. people fine. Three-digit I.Q. people resist mind control and tyrants better. They exercise critical thinking, and are often persecuted. Good on Kelley. Keep fighting evil and tyranny with God Almighty.
Kelly Hale was one of the first “beacons of hope” for me …. an inspiration to keep on going.
