Islamic expansion isn’t just happening overseas—it’s happening in Texas, and one man is leading the charge. Yasir Qadhi, a Pakistani-American imam and theologian, has positioned himself as one of the most strategically influential Islamic figures in the United States.
Unlike more overt extremists, Qadhi operates with calculated precision, presenting a moderate, intellectual facade while actively mobilizing the Muslim community for territorial and ideological expansion. However, throughout the years, his mask has slipped on several occasions, exposing his true agenda. In rare moments of candor, he has openly declared democracy incompatible with Islam, refused to condemn terrorist groups like Hamas, and preached that Islamic law—not Western governance—should dictate every aspect of life. These moments provide a rare glimpse into the real Yasir Qadhi, a man whose ultimate goal is the systematic transformation of American society under Sharia.
With deep ties to Saudi-trained Salafism, Qadhi has spent decades rejecting democracy, pushing for Sharia dominance, and embedding his dangerous Islamic agenda within mainstream American institutions. Now, he is leading a coordinated effort to Islamize Texas, using the East Plano Islamic Center (EPIC) and its expanding mega-mosque and Islamic schools as the nucleus of a growing network of Islamic enclaves designed to operate outside the framework of U.S. law. This is not just a religious movement—it is a calculated, long-term political strategy to carve out self-governing Islamic zones, using American laws and tax breaks to fund their creation while ensuring Sharia—not the U.S. Constitution—governs Muslim communities.
At the heart of this movement is EPIC City, a massive 1,000+ home gated Islamic stronghold situated just 30 minutes from Dallas. This project, spanning 402 acres of a 1,500-acre land purchase, is not simply a residential development—it is a fortress built around Sharia, designed to function as a self-contained Muslim-controlled zone. But this is just the beginning. A second large-scale expansion project, EPIC 2.0, is already underway, reinforcing Qadhi’s vision of an autonomous Islamic district with dedicated Sharia schools, commercial hubs, and an imposing mega-mosque. Unlike other religious communities in the U.S. that integrate into the larger society, EPIC City and EPIC 2.0 are specifically designed to create a separate, parallel society where Islamic law, not American values, dictates daily life.

Despite its location in conservative Texas, this sprawling Islamic enclave is not being built for Americans. Qadhi and his network have deliberately marketed these enclaves to foreign buyers, ensuring that the demographic composition remains aligned with his long-term vision of a self-governing, Sharia-compliant society. His agenda is not one of assimilation but of territorial expansion, where Muslims are encouraged to organize, isolate, and dominate rather than integrate. These developments are not emerging naturally—they are the result of a carefully coordinated Islamic strategy that is being implemented with alarming efficiency.
While Qadhi presents himself as a learned scholar and community leader, he is, in reality, a highly disciplined operator who understands the power of incrementalism. He is not calling for violent jihad but instead pursuing a long-term civilizational strategy to reshape American society from within. His approach mirrors the Muslim Brotherhood’s 1991 “Explanatory Memorandum”, which outlined a detailed strategy for infiltrating and dismantling Western institutions through education, politics, and legal warfare. Qadhi has fully embraced this methodology, using EPIC City as a prototype for Islamic expansion in the U.S.
One of the most alarming aspects of this project is that American taxpayers are unknowingly funding it. Every homebuyer within these enclaves is required to contribute financially to the mosque and Islamic school, embedding Sharia financing directly into the foundation of the community. Because these contributions qualify as tax-deductible donations, this setup allows American taxpayers to inadvertently subsidize the development of a self-contained Islamic city. This is not just a real estate project—it is an ideological expansion effort happening with the silent approval of state and federal leaders.
While EPIC City and its expansion projects represent the physical manifestation of Qadhi’s strategy, his real influence extends far beyond the walls of his Texas enclave. Qadhi has carefully positioned himself within key Islamic institutions across the United States, allowing him to shape Muslim communities, political activism, and Islamic jurisprudence on a national scale. As Dean of The Islamic Seminary of America, Resident Scholar at the East Plano Islamic Center, and former Dean of the controversial AlMaghrib Institute, he wields enormous influence over how Islam is taught and practiced in the U.S.. More troublingly, he serves as Chairman of the Fiqh Council of North America, an organization dedicated to expanding Sharia compliance in the U.S. under the guise of religious legal guidance.
Qadhi’s academic background and polished rhetoric have made him an exceptionally dangerous figure because he does not openly espouse terrorism or violence. Instead, he carefully crafts his messaging, ensuring that his radical agenda remains palatable to Western audiences while simultaneously advancing Islamic supremacy behind closed doors. He is a master strategist, meticulously guiding the Muslim community toward self-governance under Sharia without directly challenging the U.S. government. His true objective is not peaceful coexistence, but the gradual and systematic transformation of American society into one that submits to Islamic law.
Despite his polished academic credentials and carefully moderated rhetoric, Qadhi has repeatedly revealed his true beliefs through his own statements. Over the years, he has let his mask slip—voicing admiration for radical figures, defending Sharia enforcement, and rejecting the very foundations of Western democracy.
While Qadhi often tried to avoid making outright inflammatory statements, his speeches and sermons have provided undeniable proof that he does not believe in Western democracy. When speaking in front of Muslim audiences, his language becomes bolder—revealing his unwavering belief that Islamic law must reign supreme.
His track record of extremist affiliations further solidifies the deceptive nature of his public persona. In August 2006, Qadhi revealed that he had been placed on the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s terrorist watch list, a clear indication that authorities have long been aware of his dangerous Islamic ties. His lectures and sermons, while carefully worded, often reveal a deep-seated rejection of Western values. He has openly declared that democracy is incompatible with Islam, stating that a Muslim cannot truly believe in democracy without negating his or her faith. He has justified Islamic blasphemy laws, defended Hamas, and promoted the idea that Islamic law should govern every aspect of life, including politics, economics, and family structure.
Texas has become the testing ground for Qadhi’s long-term strategy, and Republican leaders have remained alarmingly silent. While other states, such as Michigan and Minnesota, have garnered media attention for their rising Islamic populations, Texas has largely been overlooked despite being home to one of the most well-organized Islamic expansion efforts in the country. Behind the scenes, an army of Islamic activists, lawyers, and political operatives are ensuring that these self-contained enclaves are not only protected but expanded.
This is not a random occurrence—it is a calculated, long-term strategy for territorial control.
Qadhi’s ambitions go far beyond Texas. He is actively building a national network, encouraging other mosques to follow the EPIC City blueprint, and ensuring that Islamic influence spreads into conservative strongholds where it will face the least resistance. His approach is methodical and deliberate. He does not call for immediate radical change, but instead works within the system to gradually shift power dynamics in favor of Islamic governance.
If left unchecked, his movement will not remain confined to Texas. Qadhi is not just another extremist imam—he is a leading architect of Islamization in the United States, and his carefully plotted strategy is progressing far more rapidly than most Americans realize.
His own words, though often cloaked in carefully crafted ambiguity, reveal his true objectives. His sermons expose his radical ideology, from rejecting democracy and advocating for Islamic supremacy to defending Islamic movements and promoting separatism in the West.
These statements are not isolated incidents—they are part of a decades-long plan to transform Muslim communities in Texas and beyond into ideological strongholds that reject integration and Western values. The construction of Sharia-controlled enclaves like EPIC City is not happening by accident—it is a key component of Qadhi’s broader strategy to establish Islamic self-rule within the United States.
Yasir Qadhi in His Own Words
Despite his carefully moderated rhetoric, Qadhi has repeatedly revealed his true beliefs through his own statements. Over the years, he has let his mask slip—voicing admiration for radical figures, defending Sharia enforcement, and rejecting the very foundations of Western democracy.
While his public image remains carefully controlled, leaked videos, sermons, and uncovered footage expose the truth that he works so hard to conceal.
RAIR Foundation has obtained shocking recordings that leave no doubt about Qadhi’s real agenda. In these videos, he openly rejects democracy, refuses to condemn terrorist organizations, and calls for the supremacy of Sharia over Western governance. These are not out-of-context clips or misinterpretations—this is Yasir Qadhi, in his own words, confirming the extremist doctrine he preaches behind closed doors.
Yasir Qadhi’s Rejection of Democracy and Call for Sharia Supremacy
In a shocking video uncovered by RAIR, Yasir Qadhi categorically rejects democracy, secular law, and any form of governance that does not adhere to Sharia. He declares that believing in democracy—even as merely permissible—negates one’s faith in Islam.
- Democracy is illegitimate: “No Supreme Court, no system of government, no democracy where they vote… What gives you the right to prohibit something or allow something?”
- Any legal system outside Sharia is disbelief (kufr): “To believe that it is permissible to follow a system of laws other than the Sharia negates one’s testimony of Islam.”
- Rejecting full Sharia is rejecting Allah: “To compartmentalize Islam… shows that you really don’t believe in Islam, you don’t believe in Allah.”
- Apostates: He declares that believing in any law other than Sharia negates one’s Islam, effectively labeling Muslims who accept democracy as apostates.
- He has previously asserted that a true Muslim cannot be neutral about Islam—he must either accept it or reject it and become an enemy.
Qadhi openly calls for the total dominance of Sharia, stating that all other systems—democracy, socialism, communism—are acts of disbelief. His anti-democratic rhetoric aligns with Islamic ideology that seeks to dismantle secular governments and impose Islamic law globally.
- Qadhi believes in the supremacy of Islamic law and has indicated that man-made laws (democracy) should not be the ultimate authority.
- Source: New York Times Magazine article and Investigative Project on Terrorism analysis.
- At ICNA’s national conference in May 2012, Yasir Qadhi—an American Muslim scholar of Pakistani descent who has called for an Islamic theocracy to replace democracies wherever they exist—voiced satisfaction over the notion that America’s capitalist economic system “has been destroyed and demolished.” “This is a Pharonic society that we enjoy the pyramids,” he said, “but you cannot enjoy pyramids without millions of slaves. And this is what this society has become.”
Yasir Qadhi’s Own Words: The Push for Sharia in America
In the following sermon, Qadhi unequivocally states:
- “The best system of rule is what the Quran itself calls Sharia.”
- “If Sharia were applied at a societal level, all of society would benefit.”
- “The separation of religion from law is NOT Islamic.”
This is not just religious preaching—it is a political call for Sharia to govern law, society, and government in America.
Qadhi’s statements destroy the lie that Sharia is merely a religious guide for personal conduct. Instead, he explicitly rejects the separation of church and state—a core American principle—and advocates for a totalitarian Islamic system where Sharia dictates governance.
During the sermon, Qadhi invokes “Jahiliyyah”, a loaded Islamic term that refers to the state of ignorance and corruption that existed before Islam. By using this term, Qadhi is effectively declaring that any society not ruled by Islamic law—such as the United States—is illegitimate, corrupt, and in need of reform under Sharia.
Furthermore, Jahiliyyah ideology dictates that any remnants of pre-Islamic culture should be erased. In Islamic nations like Saudi Arabia, historical artifacts from pre-Islamic civilizations are systematically destroyed. One of the most infamous examples of this was the Taliban’s destruction of the 100-foot Buddha statues in Afghanistan—an act of cultural obliteration justified under the same mindset that Qadhi echoes in his rhetoric.
This is not just theoretical—it is a direct challenge to American sovereignty. According to this ideology, any law that contradicts Sharia is invalid, and Muslims must work toward replacing it.

- Stated that women must obey their husbands or fathers when deciding whether they are allowed to work.
- Suggested that “women’s liberation” has destroyed traditional values and that women should stay home rather than seek employment.
- Implied that allowing women into professional fields like engineering is unnecessary because men already do the job.

And in return your husband will give you the far more difficult things to do of earning money and doing this and that.”
Sharia’s Grip on Women: Qadhi’s Call for Islamic Modesty
In the following video, Yasir Qadhi commands his audience: “Do not give up our defining characteristic. Be firm… Make sure you exude the family values of our Sharia.”
Qadhi makes it clear that the defining trait of the Islamic community is modesty and that Muslims must never abandon it. He specifically emphasizes the role of women in upholding this Islamic standard, reinforcing that Sharia requires them to cover themselves according to strict Islamic guidelines.
Islamic law (Sharia) mandates the hijab, it is an obligation, not a choice. Alongside his speech, an image of a Sharia-compliant hijab is displayed—illustrating the oppressive dress code expected for Muslim women.

Yasir Qadhi’s Refusal to Condemn Hamas
In a recent video, Yasir Qadhi refused to denounce Hamas, despite the group’s U.S. designation as a terrorist organization. Instead of condemning their atrocities—including the murder, rape, and mutilation of Israeli civilians—Qadhi justified Hamas by equating them with Israel.
- Admitted Hamas is his “own people” and refused to criticize them.
- Failed to denounce their brutal attacks on civilians, including the slaughter of children.
- Attempted to shift blame away from Hamas, justifying their terrorism by attacking Israel instead.

Yasir Qadhi’s Support for the Global Islamic Struggle
In a recent speech, Yasir Qadhi frames the conflict in Gaza as a broader struggle for the Islamic Ummah, refusing to condemn Hamas while suggesting that victory is not measured by body counts:
- “Victory is not in body counts.”
- “Victory is not in the amount of bombs they throw on us.”
- “They cannot, and they shall not, and they will not conquer our souls.”
While Qadhi avoids explicitly naming “they,” his history of refusing to denounce Hamas strongly suggests he is referring to Israel and the West.
- Aligns himself with the global Islamic struggle rather than speaking as an American.
- Refuses to condemn Hamas, a U.S.-designated terrorist organization.
- Suggests Islam is still “winning” even if Israel is not defeated militarily.
Qadhi’s rhetoric continues to reinforce his allegiance to Islamic supremacy and jihadist narratives, further proving that his loyalty is to the Ummah—not to the United States.

Yasir Qadhi: Muslims Should Never Marry Non-Muslims
In a recent speech at Epic Mosque, Yasir Qadhi made it clear:
- Muslim men should NOT marry Christian or Jewish women in the West.
- Muslim women are NEVER allowed to marry non-Muslim men—under any circumstances.
- Islam must rule the household, because non-Muslims cannot be trusted with authority.
What Does He Mean by “Katabi” (Ahl al-Kitab)?
- “Katabi” refers to Jews and Christians, whom Islam classifies as “People of the Book.”
- Islamic law technically allows Muslim men to marry Christian or Jewish women—but Qadhi rejects even this in the West, saying it threatens Islamic dominance.
- Muslim women are NEVER allowed to marry non-Muslims because their husband would have authority over them—and Islam forbids non-Muslims from having authority over Muslims.
This Isn’t About Marriage—It’s About Islamic Supremacy.
- Qadhi insists that Muslim authority must be preserved at all costs.
- He rejects integration, making it clear that Islam must control the family structure.
- He warns that interfaith marriage is a threat to Islamic dominance in the West.
Qadhi’s message is clear: Non-Muslims are NOT equals. Interfaith relationships undermine Islam. Islamic law must take precedence—even in America. This isn’t about faith—it’s about control and ensuring Islam remains dominant.

Dating is Haram
In another lecture to Islamic students affiliated with the radical Muslim Student Association, Yasir Qadhi warns them about the necessity of adhering strictly to Sharia in their personal relationships. He emphasizes to the Muslim Brotherhood-tied student group that Islamic protocols governing interactions between men and women must be followed without exception.
Qadhi reinforces that Muslim students must not adopt Western norms when it comes to relationships, instead insisting on full compliance with Islamic law. “All Islamic protocols must be followed, he firmly states, leaving no room for personal interpretation or cultural flexibility.
This rigid enforcement aligns with Qadhi’s broader ideology—one that does not merely call for personal piety but seeks to impose Sharia governance over all aspects of life, even in Western societies. His warnings to these students echo the same hardline stance he takes in his sermons, where he condemns any deviation from Islamic law and frames secular societies as corrupt and in need of reform under Sharia.
Yasir Qadhi Praises the Anti-Jewish BDS Movement
At Epic Mosque, Yasir Qadhi openly celebrated the success of the BDS movement—a movement that seeks to economically strangle Jewish businesses, mirroring tactics used in Nazi Germany.
- Qadhi brags that BDS has “demonstrated its effectiveness” at the highest levels.
- He pushes for an “expert panel” to refine and intensify the boycott against Jewish businesses.
- He envisions an Islamic economic war, where “a billion plus” Muslims apply pressure on corporations to comply.
This Isn’t About “Palestinian Rights”—It’s Economic Jihad Against Jews
- Qadhi isn’t advocating for peace—he’s pushing for the financial destruction of Jewish businesses.
- His rhetoric mirrors the Nazi-era boycotts of Jewish stores, designed to isolate and weaken Jewish communities.
- This is anti-Jewish hatred, rebranded as activism for Western audiences.
America, pay attention. This isn’t just about boycotts—it’s about Islamic supremacy and economic warfare against Jews, right here on U.S. soil.

Opposition to LGBT Rights
- Yasir Qadhi called for killing of gays and blasphemers in 2007 – “Mr Qadhi said that to ‘kill … the homosexual – this is also our religion’, and that ‘to make fun of Allah and his Messenger, the punishment is death’.
- In a 2009 sermon, Qadhi lamented that condemning homosexuality was no longer socially acceptable and criticized the inability of Christians and Jews to publicly oppose it without being labeled as “homophobes” or “evil people.”
- He portrayed societal acceptance of LGBTQ rights as a threat to Islam, warning that Muslims cannot operate within Western moral frameworks because Western societies lack a “steady command of what is good and bad.”
- He dismissed evolving moral norms in the West, arguing that Muslims should not conform to non-Islamic definitions of right and wrong.

Islamic Blasphemy
Yasir Qadhi’s Role in the Dangerous Anti-Macron Islamic Backlash (2020)
- In 2020, Yasir Qadhi joined Islamic outrage against France, condemning President Emmanuel Macron for defending the right to publish Muhammad caricatures. He issued a thinly veiled warning, stating on his X account (formerly Twitter)
“People come and go, and you too shall leave this earth. Nations rise and fall, and a time will come when France itself shall not exist.”

- Qadhi also signed a petition condemning France, calling its defense of free speech a “red line” that justifies Muslim outrage worldwide. His rhetoric aligned with Islamic law (Sharia), fueling the same grievance-based ideology that led to Samuel Paty’s beheading and the Nice terrorist attack.
Death for Blasphemy (2007 and 2020)
- Yasir Qadhi called for killing of gays and blasphemers in 2007 – “Mr Qadhi said that to ‘kill … the homosexual – this is also our religion’, and that ‘to make fun of Allah and his Messenger, the punishment is death’.
- In a 2020 lecture, Yasir Qadhi stated that classical Islamic law mandates death for blasphemy, emphasizing that while vigilante killings are not allowed, the punishment remains valid if enforced by an Islamic court in an Islamic land.
- Qadhi has also defended the Taliban and called for stoning adulterers and killing homosexuals “if we had an Islamic State.”

Praise for Convicted Terrorists and Jihadis
Ali al-Timimi
- Qadhi admitted that convicted jihadist Ali al-Timimi, who was sentenced to life in prison for inciting war against the U.S., played an “instrumental role” in shaping his path in the early 1990s.
- Despite al-Timimi’s direct role in radicalizing Muslims, Qadhi continued to publicly defend him and referred to his conviction as a “witch hunt.”
- Source: (investigativeproject.org)
Aafia Siddiqui
At EPIC Mosque, Yasir Qadhi has openly advocated for Aafia Siddiqui, a convicted terrorist with direct ties to al-Qaeda, Osama bin Laden, and the 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed. Despite overwhelming evidence—including her attempted murder of U.S. soldiers and possession of plans for mass casualty attacks—Qadhi and his allies are whitewashing her crimes, portraying her as a “persecuted Muslim woman.”
- Siddiqui was caught with blueprints for New York terror attacks.
- She attempted to execute American soldiers in cold blood.
- She was found guilty in a U.S. court and sentenced to 86 years in prison.
Yet Qadhi is using his mosque as a rallying point for her, shaming Muslims for “failing” her and invoking Islamic history—when Muslim leaders would send armies to “rescue” prisoners—as a call for greater power. He longs for an era when Islam had the strength to demand the release of criminals like Siddiqui, lamenting that today, they can only “raise awareness and make dua.”
- This is not just about Siddiqui—it’s about the future of America.
- Qadhi is laying the groundwork for a radicalized base, leveraging political Islam to gain influence.
- As their numbers increase in America, their demands will grow louder—and their strategies more aggressive.
Qadhi’s message is clear: Muslims in America must gain enough political and societal power to challenge the rule of law, demand the release of convicted terrorists, and reshape the country to serve their interests. This is not “civil rights”—this is a slow, calculated insurgency hiding behind religious activism.

Yasir Qadhi’s 2022 Tribute to Radical Cleric Yusuf al-Qaradawi
In 2022, Yasir Qadhi publicly praised Muslim Brotherhood cleric Yusuf al-Qaradawi, a man known for:
- Defending Hitler and calling the Holocaust “divine punishment” for the Jews.
- Calling for the murder of Jews, including saying he wished to die as a martyr while killing a Jew.
- Endorsing suicide bombings and jihad against Americans in Iraq.
- Advocating the execution of homosexuals and defending wife-beating under Islamic law.
Despite Qaradawi’s extremist record, Qadhi posted a photo of himself shaking hands with Qaradawi and wrote:
“May Allah forgive his sins, exalt his ranks, accept his good deeds, and preserve his legacy as a means of blessings for him and benefit for all of us!”

By glorifying one of the most radical clerics in modern history, Qadhi once again revealed his true ideological allegiance—not to moderation, but to Islamic supremacy, violent jihad, and hatred toward Jews and the West.
Connection to the Christmas Day Bomber (2009)
- In August 2008, Omar Farouk Abdulmutallab, the Christmas Day bomber, attended a two-week program at AlMaghrib Institute, where Yasir Qadhi was once the Dean of Academic Affairs.
- A year later, Abdulmutallab attempted to detonate a bomb on a U.S.-bound flight, revealing the dangerous ideology being spread at AlMaghrib.
- Qadhi downplayed his role, claiming the institute promoted “mainstream Islamic stuff,” but he expressed more concern for Abdulmutallab’s alienation than the radicalization that led him to attempt mass murder.
- Source: (investigativeproject.org)
Promotion of Jihad Over Peaceful Worship
- Qadhi teaches that dying in jihad is the most beloved act in Islam, ranking it above worship, prayer, and good deeds: “Even jihad, except if a man leaves with all of his property and all of his belongings, money, and life, and he dies as a martyr in battle, that is the only thing more beloved.”
- This glorification of jihad reinforces violent interpretations of Islam and directly influences radicalization.
- Source: (investigativeproject.org)
Openly Spreading Holocaust Denial, Anti-Semitism, Anti-Christian hate
- Qadhi endorsed Holocaust denial, telling his audience: “Hitler never intended to mass destroy the Jews. There are a number of books written by Christians on this topic. You should read them. The Hoax of the Holocaust, I advise you to read this one.”
- Further, Qadhi has drawn from the antiSemitic forgery, Protocols of the Elders of Zion, to explain that Jews are not racially Semitic and therefore have no right to make a claim on the Holy Land.
- He also portrayed Jews as enemies of Islam, stating: “The Jews are studying Islam, not that they want to help us, they want to destroy us.”
- He distinguished between “pure” Middle Eastern Jews and “impure, filthy” European Jews (Ashkenazis).
- Source: (investigativeproject.org)
- He also declared to his followers that non-Muslims—Jews, Christians, Hindus—will always hate Muslims because Islam is the “religion of truth.”
- Yasir Qadhi, who lectured at ISB’s Boston mosque in 2009 and again in 2012, characterizes Christians as “filthy” polytheists whose “life and prosperity … holds no value in the state of Jihad”; and accuses Jews of plotting to destroy Muslim peoples and societies.
- Yasir Qadhi: Jews and Christians filthy, their lives and property can be taken in jihad by the Muslims. Note also his words about jihad, quoting Muhammad: “I have been commanded to fight the people until they testify la illaha illa Allah [there is no god but Allah].”
- Yasir Qadhi Attacks Christian Beliefs: In a July 11, 2013 sermon, Yasir Qadhi claims Christian beliefs about the divinity of Christ come from Shaitan (Satan), are a monstrosity, and are an evil lie.
Yasir Qadhi’s Open Contempt for Christians and Justification of Violence Against Non-Muslims
In a lecture in 2010, Yasir Qadhi explicitly called Christians “filthy” (najis) and dehumanized them by labeling them a “dirty, impure substance.” He justified their lack of rights and safety under Islamic law, stating:
- Christians are kuffar (disbelievers) and mushrikun (polytheists).
- Christians are spiritually filthy (najasa) and can only be purified through Islam.
- Allah calls mushrikun “najis” (filth), meaning they are inherently impure.
- In the state of jihad, the life and property of a mushrik (Christian) holds no value.
The Significance of Qadhi’s Statements
- This is not just an insult—he is reinforcing Islamic doctrine that Christians are second-class citizens (dhimmis) at best, and legitimate targets in jihad at worst.
- Calling non-Muslims “najis” (filthy) is a dangerous justification for discrimination and violence.
- Saying their “life and property hold no value in jihad” is a direct endorsement of jihadist ideology, where non-Muslims can be killed or have their wealth seized.
Qadhi’s words mirror the rhetoric of jihadists who justify persecution, subjugation, and violence against Christians and other non-Muslims. This is undeniable proof that he espouses a supremacist, anti-Christian worldview where Islam dominates and non-Muslims have no rights.
Qadhi carefully crafts a fake “moderate” image, but when his true views are exposed, he scrambles to justify or cover them up. The following video is proof—one he tried to erase by filing copyright claims to remove it from YouTube. Fortunately, Charles Jacobs fought back legally, and the video was restored.
This desperate censorship proves Qadhi knows his rhetoric is indefensible—yet instead of renouncing it, he tries to hide it from the public while spreading his supremacist ideology.
Calls for Sharia to Replace Secular Governments (2011)
- Yasir Qadhi praised the collapse of secular regimes in the Middle East, declaring that their failure proves Islam must replace democracy: “The failure of these systems is an excellent example that these secular systems don’t work.”
- He justified Islamic rule by referencing a prophecy of divine reckoning, warning that non-Muslim states will also face judgment for their injustices: “If this is happening here, in a Muslim land, how about injustices being perpetrated by others who do not believe in a God nor do they have any humanity left in them? What will entire states who practice injustice do when the Lord of those peasants and the Protector of the weak calls the tyrants and occupiers to task?”
- This thinly veiled threat aligns with his long-standing rejection of secular governance and democracy.

Yasir Qadhi’s Open Praise for Sharia’s Brutal Penal Code
In yet another shocking sermon uncovered by RAIR, Yasir Qadhi openly glorifies Hudood (حدود) Laws—the violent penal code of Sharia—while carefully concealing its most brutal realities from Western audiences.
While presenting himself as an intellectual and moderate scholar, Qadhi is praising the same draconian punishments enforced by regimes like the Taliban, Iran, and Saudi Arabia—Sharia’s so-called “perfect justice.”
But here’s what Qadhi doesn’t want Texans to know: Sharia’s penal code mandates barbaric punishments that directly contradict American values and Western legal principles, including:
- Chopping off hands for theft (Quran 5:38)
- Execution for murder, apostasy, and “spreading corruption” (Quran 5:33, 9:29, 4:89)
- Public lashings for adultery (Quran 24:2)
- Stoning adulterers to death (Sahih Muslim 17:4192, Sahih Bukhari 8:82:816)
- Killing homosexuals (Sunan Abu Dawood 38:4447, Tirmidhi 1:152)
- Honor killings permitted (Reliance of the Traveller, o1.2 – parents can kill their children without punishment)
- Leaving Islam = Death Sentence (Quran 4:89)
- Blasphemy Against Islam = Death Sentence (Reliance of the Traveller, o8.7(7))
- Alcohol Consumption = Public Beatings (Sahih Muslim 3:4206)
These are not “outdated” laws—they are core components of Islamic jurisprudence and are still enforced wherever Sharia is implemented.
Yet Qadhi is hiding the full reality from his Western audience, glorifying Islamic law while omitting its barbaric consequences.
- If Sharia is so “just,” why won’t he openly tell Texans that it requires executing apostates, stoning adulterers, and killing homosexuals?
- Why won’t he admit that Sharia creates a two-tiered system where non-Muslims are permanently second-class citizens (dhimmis)?

Yasir Qadhi’s Endorsement of Erdogan’s Islamic Agenda (2018)
In 2018, Yasir Qadhi praised Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, celebrating his victory without acknowledging his autocratic rule, crackdown on dissent, and jailing of journalists.
- Qadhi praised Erdogan’s transformation of Turkey from a secular democracy into an increasingly Islamic state: “It is undeniable that under his leadership, the country overall has taken a turn for the better from the perspective of the freedom to practice religion, and also the ‘spirit’ of being a Muslim.”
- He contrasted modern Turkey with its secular past, lamenting the previous lack of Islamic dominance, and ignored Erdogan’s suppression of free speech and opposition parties.
This fits Qadhi’s long-standing rejection of secular governance and his advocacy for Islamic rule, showing that he supports leaders who impose Islamic policies—even if it comes at the cost of democracy and human rights.

Yasir Qadhi’s 2021 Defense of Sharia Coverings in Switzerland
In 2021, Yasir Qadhi condemned Switzerland’s decision to ban the niqab, calling it an attack on Islam and a way to make Muslims feel “unwelcome, unsafe, and unwanted.”
- Qadhi dismissed the ban as “yet another European attempt to ban an iconic symbol associated with Islam,” ignoring concerns over Sharia’s oppressive treatment of women.
- He insinuated that all Muslims—regardless of whether they wear the niqab—are under attack, reinforcing a victimhood narrative that fuels Islamic separatism in the West.
- His reaction aligns with his broader Islamic stance, where any limitation on Islamic practices is framed as oppression, while he simultaneously advocates for Islamic rule over democracy elsewhere.

Once again, Qadhi defends Sharia-imposed customs while ignoring the rights of Muslim women who are forced to wear them, proving his commitment to Islamic supremacy over Western values.
Yasir Qadhi’s 2022 Defense of Iran’s Mandatory Hijab Laws
In 2022, Yasir Qadhi downplayed the Iranian protests against mandatory hijab laws, comparing opposition to Sharia dress codes to demanding the right to public nudity in Texas.
- Mocked Iranian women protesting the hijab, equating their struggle to an absurd fight for nudity in the U.S.: “Well then, why aren’t these same people fighting for the rights of nudity here in Texas?”
- Dismissed the brutal enforcement of hijab laws—including the death of Mahsa Amini in police custody—as a “hypothetical issue” happening 5,000 miles away.”
- Defended the idea that governments can enforce Islamic dress codes, stating: “Every country enforces moral prescriptions about what one can and must wear.”
- Ignored the violent oppression of women in Iran and beyond, minimizing honor killings and brutal punishments for refusing the hijab.
- Enforces Sharia restrictions on Muslim women in the West, even down to feminine grooming rules. In his own mosques, Qadhi lectures women on what is “Islamically prohibited”—including something as simple as plucking their eyebrows, to properly beautifying themselves for their husbands, ensuring that they adhere to Sharia in America.
By equating hijab enforcement to Western public indecency laws, Qadhi justifies theocratic control over women’s bodies and defends Islamic regimes that kill and imprison women for disobedience. His remarks reveal his unwavering loyalty to Sharia over human rights, both in the Islamic world and within Western societies.
Yasir Qadhi’s 2024 Lecture Tour in Sweden: Boasting of Islam’s Demographic Conquest
During his 2024 lecture tour in Sweden, Yasir Qadhi celebrated the rapid Islamization of the country, referring to high Muslim birthrates as a “halal secret weapon” for demographic change.
Bragged about Islam’s explosive growth in Sweden, Denmark, and Norway, citing figures like Stockholm and Oslo being 10% Muslim.
Predicted Sweden would become a Muslim-majority nation within a generation.
Mocked the transformation of Malmö, comparing it to war-torn Baghdad and Damascus.
Weaponizing the Vote: Yasir Qadhi’s Plan for Political Domination
To help Yasir Qadhi and EPIC gain political power to further gain power, he is actively training his followers to weaponize the third-party vote, intimidate politicians, and seize power in America.
In a recent event at Epic Mosque, Qadhi hosted Sami Hamdi, a controversial British speaker who explicitly instructed Muslims on how to manipulate the U.S. political system to their advantage. EPIC is not just about religion—it’s about political control.
In the video, Hamdi lays out a strategy designed to instill fear in politicians, punish those who support Israel, and ensure that Islamic influence grows in U.S. elections:
- He claims that “Zionists” fear Muslim political power. (A well-known dog whistle for Jews.)
- He instructs Muslims to “punish” politicians who take pro-Israel donations.
- He condemns imams who discourage political activism—insisting Muslims MUST vote to “topple” incumbents who oppose them.
- He preaches that their growing influence will make politicians “fear” the consequences of opposing their demands.
And sitting right beside him, Yasir Qadhi nods along, endorsing every word. This is a direct call to weaponize Islamic identity in American elections.

CAIR & Yasir Qadhi: A Strategic Political Alliance to Islamize Texas
Yasir Qadhi also welcomed Nihad Awad, the leader of the Hamas-linked Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), to lay out a blueprint for Islamic political dominance in America.
This was not a discussion on religious rights—it was a strategy session on how to infiltrate and control U.S. elections.
Awad openly admitted CAIR is no longer just a “civil rights” group—it is an electoral powerhouse using Super PACs, lobbying, and mosque-driven fundraising to control political outcomes.
He confirmed that CAIR is now actively shaping elections through a Super PAC, allowing unlimited cash to be funneled into campaigns aligned with their Islamic agenda.
Awad sitting made it clear: The ultimate goal is to embed Islamic influence at every level of U.S. government—from school boards to Congress.
Yasir Qadhi sat beside him, endorsing every word because this is the same political strategy he is implementing with the help of CAR through EPIC City.

Terror-tied CAIR is exploiting our laws to infiltrate and control America.
This is the Muslim Brotherhood’s plan to conquer from within—happening NOW!

CAIR’s Awad sat alongside Yasir Qadhi when he announced a 15-year master plan—an aggressive strategy to embed 100,000 Muslim operatives into America’s most influential institutions.
The 5-Point Plan for Islamic Institutional Domination
- 20,000 journalists – To control media narratives, silence critics, and suppress exposure of Islamic expansion.
- 20,000 lawyers – To infiltrate the legal system, push Sharia-based policies, and use lawsuits to intimidate opponents.
- 20,000 filmmakers – To rewrite American history, spread Islamic propaganda, and manufacture narratives to gain sympathy.
- 20,000 professors – To indoctrinate students, inject Islamic ideology into academia, and shift cultural norms.
- 20,000 political scientists – To embed operatives into government, rewrite laws, and push Islamic supremacy under the guise of “diversity.”
The partnership between Yasir Qadhi and CAIR is not just dangerous—it is an active political insurgency.

CAIR’s Nihad Awad Unveils Plan to Infiltrate & Control America

The Fight Against Sharia’s Expansion Has Only Just Begun
The fight against the Islamization of America has yet to begin within the U.S. government, where far too many leaders remain willfully blind to the growing threat. Some are simply ignorant, lacking any real understanding of the Islamic movement unfolding before them. Others are too afraid to speak out, fearing backlash, political correctness, or accusations of “Islamophobia.” And then there are those who are actively working against America, naively believing that by aiding the country’s enemies, they will be spared when these forces inevitably seize power.
Yasir Qadhi is not just another radical imam—he is a master strategist, methodically building an Islamic stronghold in Texas while positioning himself as a leader of political Islam in the U.S. His influence extends far beyond EPIC City, as he quietly lays the groundwork for Islamic self-rule through well-organized networks, Sharia-compliant enclaves, and ideological warfare.
While the establishment media ignores this growing threat, RAIR Foundation will continue to expose Qadhi’s carefully orchestrated expansion. The next phase of our investigation will dive deeper into EPIC City.
RAIR’s upcoming report on EPIC City will be released soon. Stay informed—subscribe today to get the latest updates as we continue to reveal the truth about this dangerous project.

I thought at first this was an excellent expose. Then I saw it was actually in competition for length with War & Peace. THERE IS NOT ONE READER WHO FINISHED THIS NOVEL. This is so important that it should never have been left like this, when it easily could have been an entire, powerful, series. I read until I was exhausted and quit. I could come back for a month and still never finish it. This piece probably won’t even be posted long enough for any normal adult reader to do so. Why on earth would your editor green-light something this long? Is he dying, and felt he had to get it out before that happens?
This piece isn’t just an article—it’s a historical record. The Imam in question has a documented history of attempting to erase his past sermons and public statements, making it critical to capture and preserve everything before it disappears. This took weeks of work, listening to and analyzing his speeches to ensure the truth is documented.
If this were just an opinion piece, breaking it into a series might make sense. But this is an archive of evidence—something that can be cited, referenced, and used to expose the reality of his movement. Not everything should be trimmed down for convenience, especially when we are dealing with someone actively trying to rewrite their own history.
For those who find it overwhelming, they are free to digest it in sections. But watering it down or breaking it up would risk losing the full scope of who this radical truly is—and that is not an option.
Thank you Amy… This is important to know.
Your expose confirmed what I’ve suspected for quite a while. I will be sharing this with some in a position to take appropriate measures to protect our freedoms as imbedded in the US Constitution.
Looks like ICE needs to concentrate on Texas and remove every Muslim non citizen. Trump needs to pass laws protecting America from anti American cultures. They are using our laws against us. They are moving rapidly to install Islam in the last bastion of western freedom. Europe is lost to this evil by permission of it’s treasonous communist leadership. If these mosque leaders are spouting off anti America rhetoric then kick them out of the country pronto.
The EU is and has been a Caliphate for sometime. European men lack spines and are wussified cowards for allowing all this having no concern for their women or children. They are supposed to be leaders and rulers over their household and communities. Texans likewise need to stand up and quit being passive cowards.
