Famous Radio Host Slams the Left: They Are Not 'Honor Killings' - It's Islam (Video)

During a heated debate on an Italian political talk show, radio host Giuseppe Cruciani shocked Muslim Elena Hayan Murgia when he condemned Islam’s treatment of women. Cruciani criticized the hypocritical left-wing for refusing to acknowledge Islam’s sanctioned violence against women. In addition, he referenced the left-wing reluctance to identify “honor” killings as Muslim crimes authorized by their religion.

Cruciani specifically references the recent killing of 18-year-old Saman Abbas, a Pakistani Muslim living in Italy who was murdered by her parents and extended family after refusing an arranged marriage to her cousin in Pakistan. The journalist also discussed the 2006 killing of Sanaa Dafani, a Pakistani girl living in Italy whose father killed her for “acting like a Christian, and not like a Muslim.” Apparently, the father slaughtered her because she wanted to live like a westerner and lived with a non-Muslim man. The family also had arranged for their daughter to be forced into a marriage with a man she had never met in Pakistan.

The girl’s offensives against Islam ranged from refusing an arranged marriage to entering into a relationship with a boyfriend not approved by their family. In addition, both Islamic families were enraged that the girls lived excessively Western lifestyles.

The journalist condemns the left and their politicians, former Italian Prime Minister Enrico Letta and Deputy Pina Picierno, for refusing even to mention the “word” Islam when it came to the killing of Saman Abbas and Sanaa Dafani.

Instead of the politicians discussing that the girl’s families killed them when they challenged Islamic authority, they use safe words like “femicide” to speak about the problem, explains Cruciani.

Honor killings are the product of a male chauvinist society that finds its justification in the Qur’an and Islamic tradition. Saman’s family killed her when she challenged male Islamic authority. As the journalist points out, “in no other religion besides Islam are women treated in such a manner.”.

Why Won’t The Left Condemn Islam

Cruciani questions “why the Italian Left is so afraid of mentioning the word ‘Islam” However, it is not surprising that many left-wing politicians are concerned about the consequences of making Muslims angry. As we have seen repeatedly throughout the Islamic world and now the Western world, being critical of Islam means death threats or actual attempts on your life. We have seen cartoonists, comedians, teachers, preachers, children, and anyone who publicly defies Islam as it insists on being represented, being targeted across the world.

On the other hand, many left-wing politicians and groups will not condemn Islam due to their dangerous and historic strategic alliances known as the Red/Green Axis:

Saman’s and Dafani’s family’s treatment of their girls is learned from their Islamic faith and Prophet’s example. There is nothing unusual or deviant in the way they were treated in Islamic terms.
