On the floor of the German Parliament, MEP Mariana Harder-Kühnel for the Alternative für Deutschland (AfD) party slammed Angela Merkel and left-wing parties for importing a culture that believes in abusing and murdering women. Violence against German women has reached epidemic proportions due to Merkel’s suicidal mass-migration policies relating to Muslim countries.
The more than 1 million male “refugees,” almost all of them Muslims from “North Africa and the Middle East,” are responsible for the unprecedented campaign of sexual and physical violence. The Germany that once valued women now resembles “Baghdad,” which treats women as slaves and second-class citizens. MEP Harder-Kühnel declared during her speech,
There are societies in which women are valued. Germany used to be such a society. There are also societies in which women are treated like dirt.Treated like slaves. Second-class people, whom you can marry in their childhood, as well as being permitted to murder them for reasons of honor. These societies may be found in North Africa and in the Middle East. Germany is well on the way to becoming such a society. You are turning Berlin into Baghdad.
Most of the “femicide” crimes against women are ignored and the truth is buried by German authorities, apparently to avoid fueling any opposition to open border policies. The state-controlled media deploys tactics to shame citizens who express valid safety concerns, smearing them as “racist” if they describe perpetrators as North African or Arab. Furthermore, the crimes are described as isolated incidents, not part of a national epidemic caused by illegal migrants.
As a result, immigration cannot be discussed openly in Germany. If one mentions anything negative about refugees or immigration, he or she labeled as xenophobic or far-right extremist. MEP Harder-Kühnel addressed these issues, stating:
Anyone who deliberately suppresses entire groups of perpetrators and their cultural and religious backgrounds for reasons of submissive cultural sensitivity, political correctness or simply ideological cowardice, promotes a ‘culture of violence’ against women. So stop your lying multicultural romanticism! That’s the purest racism!
The conservative politician also singles out hypocritical feminists who protest about the “patriarchy” without ever criticizing the enormous role multiculturalism plays.
I especially address those sitting on the left side of this room, who proudly claim that they are women’s rights activists. They are the ones pursuing a policy that imports archaic ideas and the oppression of women into Germany a million times over.
MEP Anke Domscheit-Berg, from Germany’s radical left party Die Linke, was allowed to address parliament following MEP Harder-Kühnel’s speech. However, instead of addressing the serious epidemic of crimes against women, the Die Linke politician smeared the AfD member. Domscheit-Berg deployed the typical left-wing tactic of screaming racism to deflect from the actual issues.
As previously reported at RAIR Foundation USA, “Die Linke is a direct descendant of the former ruling East German Communist Party. Many current leaders of Die Linke were informants for the Stasi, the former brutal secret police agency of East Germany.” Communist Die Linke not only incites violence toward conservatives but openly supports the terrorist group, Antifa.
Watch the powerful speech given by MEP Mariana Harder-Kühnel in defense of women in the German parliament:
The Democrat party in the United States seems to be taking America down the same dangerous open borders path. As previously reported at RAIR, Joe Biden has vowed to flood America with 700% more “refugees” from terrorist hotspots around the world through the corrupt U.S. Refugee Admissions Program. This controversial program was the brainchild of then-Senator Joe Biden. The U.S. government has actively worked for years with the United Nations to select refugees from third-world countries, primarily Islamic, to place in towns and cities across all fifty states.

AfD member: MEP Mariana Harder-Kühnel
Mr. President. Ladies and gentlemen.
Every third day in Germany, a woman is murdered for just one single reason. For being a woman.
Femicide is the name of this crime, and Germany has become one of the hotspots for these targeted killings of women.
One could, of course be puzzled by this. What are the reasons for this contempt for women?
Sure, it could be — as the Left constantly claims, and which is also included as part of the present proposal — it’s due to hierarchical gender relations. Patriarchal dominance.
This often leads to the oppression of women, and to directly applied violence, and sometimes even death.
There are societies in which women are valued. Germany used to be such a society.
There are also societies in which women are treated like dirt.
Treated like slaves. Second-class people, whom you can marry in their childhood, as well as being permitted to murder them for reasons of honor.
These societies may found in North Africa and in the Middle East.
Germany is well on the way to becoming such a society.
You are turning Berlin into Baghdad.
This is a result of your policies of unhindered migration.
You justifiably complain about patriarchal dominance, although you actively import masses of aggressive machos from the ultimate patriarchal societies.
How does that fit together?
Many of the migrants from these societies who have been Merkeled into German society aren’t willing to integrate themselves into our society at all, let alone assimilate. Why is that?
Because they don’t have to, due to your policies.
They don’t want to integrate into our society because of the lack of our own identity and..
(Interruption)
Madame, would you allow a question?
AfD member:
—No. They don’t respect us due to our lack of self-esteem and strength. They don’t see us as a desirable role model.
And so the machos stick to their traditional image of women and continue to treat women as second-class citizens.
People who can be molested, beaten and murdered at will.
Just take a look at the numbers. The number of victims of violent crimes committed in partnerships has been rising steadily since 2015. Now we have more than 140,000 victims of violence in partnerships every year.
Eighty percent of these are women. It is striking that although foreigners make up only 12% of the total population, 33% of perpetrators of domestic violence are migrants.
German nationals with a migration background are not even included.
Women’s shelters continue to burst at the seams.
By the way, almost 70% of the women in women’s shelters have a migration background.
Seven years ago it was less than half that number.
Because of the devotion to cultural sensitivity, political correctness, or simply ideological cowardice, groups of perpetrators are deliberately ignored on account of their cultural and religious backgrounds, which promotes a culture of violence against women.
Please just stop with your deceptive multicultural romanticism!
Interruption
That’s the purest racism!
AfD member continues:
—I especially address those sitting on the left side of this room,
who proudly claim that they are women’s rights activists.
They are the ones pursuing a policy that imports archaic ideas and the oppression of women into Germany a million times over.
However, there is hardly a mention of this in the motion.
Not a word about multiculturalism. Zero. Yes, ladies and gentlemen, they are turning a blind eye.
After all, they want to appear sensitive to culture. God forbid that someone might be offended.
If you aren’t willing to call a spade a spade, you’ll end up having a phony debate.
No one takes it seriously. This isn’t really going to help women.
This is your drunken utopia of multicultural politics, the consequences of which end up being a real nightmare for many women.
Take up the fight against the circumstances that lead to femicide, but then please do it completely and above all, honestly.
If you want to protect women, you have to deal with the causes for the increased violence against women in Germany, without any ideological filter.
If you don’t want to see obvious connections, you make yourself complicit.
Complicit in oppression of women.
Complicit in the physical abuse of women. Complicit with women being murdered.
Complicit in femicide. Thank you very much.
[Speaker of the house]
I will allow a short rebuttal from Ms. Anke Domscheit-Berg of the Left Party. [Die Linke]
Left Party:
Thank you very much, Mr. President.
As usual, the AfD manages to argue without fact while being as racist as possible.
I have occupied myself with topic of gender justice for many years, even before a certain number of refugees came to Germany.
I wrote a book called “Somewhat Similar is Not Enough”, and it contains a chapter on the topic of violence against women.
It also contains statistics. I can send you a copy if you like. Allow me to read you some numbers:
In 2014, there were 160 femicides per year.
In 2015, there were 136. So that’s less than 160.
This show that we have had a decreasing number of cases almost every year.
I’m not trying to say that the problem has become less significant. It is still scandalously large.
However, in the year 2019 there were 117 femicides compared to 160 in 2014, obviously a decrease, which proves your racist argumentation just doesn’t stand up to facts. You are blind to the fact that this phenomenon actually exists in Germany, has always existed, and has nothing to do with the phenomena you describe.
[Speaker]
Mrs. Harder-Kühnel, do you want to respond? Please.
AfD:
It’s wonderful that you have now promoted your book, but I’d rather focus on the facts than on the figures you fabricated. Thank you very much
Interesting how Leftist Smear Tactics of calling anyone “Racist” when they exhibit common sense over the destruction that forced multiculturalism brings is a worldwide phenomena among Leftists!
One of my female German cousins told me about muslim men calling her a whore, to cover up, pushing her off the sidewalks, grabbing her while walking to work or to her University. She was terrified. When she spoke up about this what did her collegues and friends do? They called her a Nazi and racist. This is what many European women are up against; not just the muslim women in their own community of Islam.
