GET UP: Hungarian Soccer Crowd Boos Irish Players Kneeling for Marxist BLM (Video)

At the Szusza Ferenc Stadium in Budapest, the Irish national soccer team ‘took a knee for Black Lives Matter Marxists while Hungarian soccer players remained standing. The packed stadium of 15,000 fans booed the left-wing Irish players. Hungarians spent close to fifty years under Communist oppression and occupation; the Christian nation will no longer kneel to anyone but God.

The two teams were taking part in a preparation match before the upcoming UEFA European Championship. Since last March, this was one of the first games to take place in front of a full house. 

The Irish team remained on their knees for over half a minute. Hungarian defender Akos Kecskes stared down the radical team while pointing to a badge on his sleeve that said “RESPECT,” a unifying message that brings people together.

According to a Twitter post published yesterday by the Hungarian Football Association (MLSZ), the Hungarian national team announced they would not take a knee.

On the Hungarian football team’s official website, they released a statement explaining the team’s position on kneeling during games,

The basic values of the sport are equal opportunities, respect for the teammate and the opponent. Football may have become the most popular sport in the world because it belongs to everyone. The Hungarian national team not only follows the international rules and norms in all cases, but also pays tribute to everyone – be it an opponent, a fan or anyone else. MLSZ has been fighting all forms of hatred for years as part of the “Hate is not a track” campaign. The rules of UEFA and FIFA do not allow politicization on the pitch and in the stadium either, which the MLSZ not only accepts but also agrees with. The national team will not express its condemnation of any form of hatred by kneeling before the matches.

Hungary’s history, even more than most European nations, has been a struggle for freedom. In the last century, Hungary has had to fight off the Islamic Ottoman Turks, the Nazis, Soviet communists, globalist bureaucrats, and their media. As a result, Hungarians are generally not fond of the idea of sacrificing themselves to invaders or Marxists aiming to change societal norms and customs.

Communists have injected their divisive left-wing political activism into sports arenas around the world. Fans have grown tired of players flaunting their support of a dangerous Marxist organization. As reported previously at RAIR Foundation USA, BLM’s founders are tied to a Chinese Communist Party front group founded by former East Germany Communist Party leaders and Palestinian terrorist organizations. Video evidence proves China’s communist party is actively involved in the BLM organization.

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán has gone to great lengths to protect his nation from the threats posed by communists, open border globalists, and anti-Christian ideologies. Orbán has never wavered in his government’s main task to preserve Hungary’s security and Christian culture.
