Weeks before Spain’s regional elections in Madrid, left-wing radicals attacked the president of Vox, Santiago Abascal, and candidate for the Madrid Presidency, Rocío Monasterio, in Vallecas. The leftists struck Abascal in the face with a glass bottle. Many supporters and children in the crowd, including law enforcement and a Vox representative, were injured. Spain’s left-wing leadership and media not only continue to ignore violent attacks against Vox but incite them.
Despite Vox supporters and leaders being heavily protected by Police, the leftist radicals were able to throw rocks, cobblestones, cans, and bottles. Riot officers charged the violent leftists, many of which are Antifa members, to keep them away from Abascal and other members of his party who are campaigning for the upcoming regional elections.
Below is a photo of one of the rocks being thrown at the Vox Party officials and their supporters:
A young Vox Party supporter attending the rally was struck in the head by a left-wing radicals’ rock. Blood can be seen pouring from the young boys head:

A police officer was violently attacked by the left-wing crowd:
At least four people have been arrested – three minors – for attacks resulting in 35 injured, including 21 National Police officers. In the incidents recorded on Wednesday afternoon, one officer suffered from a dislocated shoulder and the others with bruises. A Vox deputy from Guadalajara, Ángel López, was treated at the hospital for various injuries.
Vox refused to back down from the violent mob. On stage, Abascal held up a piece of a brick that was just thrown at him and shouted to the radicals, “this is your only strength.” The Vox leader blamed Pablo Iglesias, the leader of the left-wing party, Podemos, Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez, and the “criminal” Minister of the Interior, Fernando Grande-Marlaska, for their “complicity” with the violent attacks.
Despite the onslaught of attacks against the Conservative party, left-wing media outlet Euronews smeared Vox Party and implied they “asked for the violence.” Watch what is tantamount to enemy propaganda by European Union’s mouthpiece, Euronews:
The urban guerrilla attacks continue to increase in severity ahead of the important May 4 regional elections. Vox is hoping to get enough support to become a key force to the conservative Popular Party staying in power in this important Spanish region. As Vox has stated several times, voters will have to choose between socialism or freedom.
After the terrorism suffered by VOX in Vallecas, conservative organizations across Europe condemned the attack. The European Conservatives and Reformists Party (ECR), led by its Italian President, Giorgia Meloni, were among the most outspoken.
A member of the ECR stated, “these serious incidents not only put the safety of the supporters and militants of VOX at risk but also they seriously jeopardize our fundamental values of democracy and freedom of expression. It is a direct attack against the Union as a whole; it is unacceptable in a civilized society.”
ECR leader, Meloni condemned the attack via Twitter and slammed violent leftists attacking conservatives across Europe, “From Italy to Spain, the left is the same all over the world: they are only democratic if you think like them.”
Threats Against Vox Party
Since it first achieved representation at the national level in 2019, Vox secured seats in 11 different regional parliaments. Its 52 members make it the third-largest party in the 350-seat legislature. As the popularity of the Vox party soars, the attacks from left-wing groups and illegals also grow in severity and frequency.
Politicians and media on both the left and the right have sought to undermine Vox and have fueled hatred by branding the party, among other terms, as “xenophobic,” “Islamophobic,” “far-right,” “fascist,” “racist,” “sexist,” and “homophobic.”
During the recent Catalonia election season, Vox Party leaders and their supporters battled weekly violent attacks and censorship from tech giants and efforts from the government to interfere in the regional elections. Despite Vox Party requesting the European Union denounce the ongoing discrimination, threats, and attacks faced by their party, they have remained silent.
Vox’s popularity is not only a massive threat to the left-wing in Spain but the struggling European Union (EU). Vox is Spain’s only true conservative political party that defends traditional Spanish values from threats posed by Spain’s socialist government and left-wing European Unions mass migration, multiculturalism, and globalism. Vox is dedicated to constitutional democracy, free-market capitalism, and the rule of law.
European Union is Complicit
The Head of the VOX Delegation in the European Parliament, Jorge Buxadé, sent a letter to the President of the EU Chamber, David Sassoli, asking that he finally condemns the violence against VOX. On previous occasions, Buxadé stated that the EU ignored such things as the attempted coup d’état by violent separatists in Catalonia. He urged the European Union leader to publicly condemn the “systematic and constant attacks against VOX when we freely celebrate our political rights.
Buxadé asks Sassoli to “stand alongside” those who defend the law and the rights of citizens and “stay away” from the violent ones:
He did not have the courage to condemn the separatist violence that we received in Catalonia ; He did not have the courage to criticize the censorship of large foreign multinationals of VOX. I hope, wish and trust that, this time, he firmly condemns the violence of the extreme left against us.
Across the free world, left-wing ruling governments, parties, corporations, and media financially and politically support violent left-wing groups shutting down any conservative opposition to their radical agendas. Vox Party remains one of the few conservative parties across the world that is willing to defend their national sovereignty and identity from all enemies, foreign and domestic, even at a tremendous cost to themselves and their personal safety.
