Threat: Left-Wing Groups Plan 'Civil Disobedience' to Ban 'Fossil Fuels' - Oct. 11-15 at White House (Video)

A coalition of left-wing groups is gearing up for “civil disobedience” at the White House from October 11 – 15, 2021. Invitations are instructing supporters to prepare for arrest. The goal is to pressure Joe Biden to 1.) “declare a climate emergency” and 2.) ban oil, coal and natural gas.

Peeling back the layers of this organized plot lays bare the radicals behind the curtain. A mass email forwarded by Shut Down DC links to a website promoting the action, which is using the hashtag #peoplevsfossilfuels. If one does an ICANN search on the site, one can see that it was registered on August 11, 2021 by “Fossil Free Media”:

To reiterate: the “People vs Fossil Fuels Week of Action” can be traced back to left-wing activist Jamie Henn, a self-described “instigator“, through “Fossil Free Media“.

Fossil Free Media, i.e. Jamie Henn, is likely behind the “Build Back Fossil Free” website.

Jamie Henn also co-founded 350.org with environmental agitator Bill McKibben, which also agitates to ban so-called fossil fuels globally.

Henn’s Huffington Post profile gushes:

350.org has coordinated over 20,000 climate rallies in more than 180 countries, helped lead the fight against the Keystone XL pipeline, spearheaded the growing fossil fuel divestment campaign, and co-organized the largest climate march in history, the People’s Climate March.”

Jamie Henn received a glowing marriage announcement at the New York Times in 2018. It is unclear if Jamie Henn and his allies heat their homes, drive cars or use shampoo.

The coalition consists of dozens of militant organizations. The groups are listed here.

Much of the advertising focuses on “indigenous” “people of color.” It is unclear if any “indigenous” “people of color” work for Jamie Henn’s organization.

A Coordinated Effort

Parallel events are taking place in addition to the “People vs Fossil Fuels week of action”:

• A massive email campaign – which can also be traced back to Jamie Henn through his organization “Stop the Money Pipeline“.
• An effort to shame public relations and advertising agencies to cut ties with the oil, coal or natural gas companies is run through a group called “Clean Creatives”. Guess who is behind “Clean Creatives“?
• A juvenile statement signed by heavily indoctrinated, unscientific “scientists” declaring in part, without citation:

The people of the United States are already experiencing intensifying climate disasters caused primarily by extracting, transporting, and burning fossil fuels, and the types of disasters we are living through now are certain to get worse – much worse – without emergency action.

Black, Brown, Indigenous and impoverished frontline communities bear the brunt of climate disasters and other fossil fuel industry harms, including air and water pollution that increase the risk of respiratory illnesses, pre-term births, cancer, and premature death.

An ongoing scheme is the “No Fossil Fuel Money Pledge“. The pledge boasts over 3,000 elected officials vowing not to accept donations over $200. from “fossil fuel” companies. The “No Fossil Fuel Money Pledge” effort has been heavily promoted by 350.org.

Peeling Back the Layers

The email from militant socialist group Shut Down DC offers training for supporters and instructs participants to “attend the prep session” before “risking arrest”:

There will be action prep sessions every evening from 6-8pm in Freedom Plaza. If you’re planning on risking arrest any day this week, you should attend the prep session the evening before you plan on risking arrest.
