Communist 'Social Credit' Pioneer Brags System Can Shut Down Grassroots Movements (Video)

A social credit system is nothing more than suppression of non-compliance. Lin Jinyue admits as much.

A pioneer of China’s “Theory of the Social Credit System” assures the French government that had they had his system in place, the government could have pre-emptively squashed the Yellow Vest movement in the country.

“I really hope that we will manage to export it in a capitalist country,” Lin Jinyue said during an interview last year. The relevant selection has been independently translated exclusively for RAIR Foundation USA.

The Yellow Vests Movement (gilets jaunes) was a response to the French government’s outrageous carbon tax to support “green” initiatives. If Emmanuel Macron deployed the communist China’s system, the movement could have been “detected” before it started.

“I believe that France should quickly adopt our system of social credit, to regulate their social movements,” Lin Jinyue says in the video. “If you had had the system of social credit, the Yellow Vests would never have been,” he added.

China’s Social Credit System

The “social credit system” began as a “concept of financial credit” and was introduced to America, according to Social Credit Systems expert Marianne von Blomberg in her publication.

“Pilot projects began from 2000 and it was through their interpretation of credit evaluations that the notion was further expanded to include its social dimension,” von Blomberg writes.

Is Broadband Access about Social Credit in America?

It is not a stretch to consider that the open socialists in the federal government would be giddy to adopt a similar system in America. After all, isn’t “cancel culture” a social credit system? Isn’t political correctness just a polite way of saying “speech suppression”? How about the leftist obsession with squashing “disinformation” i.e. dissent?

One could easily make the argument that the intense obsession to get broadband access in every house in the country may have a nefarious purpose.

Consider that pockets of resistance could not be monitored without expansive internet access. Is this an underlying reason expanding rural broadband access is so important?

A social credit system is nothing more than suppression of non-compliance. Lin Jinyue admits as much.

I think that we have put in place a good technological method.

I really hope that we will manage to export it in a capitalist country.

I believe that France should quickly adopt our system of social credit, to regulate their social movements.

If you had had the system of social credit, the Yellow Vests would never have been.

That would have been detected before they acted.

It would have been possible to foresee, and there would not have been these events.

That’s one of the assets, one of the great advantages of the social credit system.

  • If you had had freedom and respect for human life, sociopaths like you wouldn’t be telling us how to live, punk!

  • Well, I guess we’re doomed. Another foreign genius explains how to bring down America. Of course, it’s America. Who do you brag to about bringing down New Zealand?

Social credits? Hmmm. What if Americans begin to not give a FF? We’ll see.
