Leftist Judge Protests 'Unconstitutional' Coronavirus Measures and their Effects on Children (Video)

Judge Dr. Manfred Kölsch denounces the German federal government’s coronavirus measures as contradictory and unconstitutional. To emphasize his opposition, the left-wing judge of almost 40 years has returned the prestigious Federal Cross of Merit, which was awarded to him a few years ago.

According to a media report, judge Kölsch received the award in 1986 as a board member of the “Working and Support Group for Waldorf Education Trier.” As a judge, Kölsch campaigned for wind turbines.

Judge Kölsch “never thought that a virus could unhinge the German constitutional architecture.” Nor did the judge ever think that “Federalism would be buried with the help of the Prime Minister.” The fact that incidences are used as a decisive value for prohibitions and restrictions on fundamental rights also violates the principle of the rule of law in the judge’s view.

“Those actually at risk are not adequately protected,” exclaims the judge. For example,

Children

It is also scientifically proven that the pandemic does not threaten children. This is “proven many times,” according to the judge. To call them a “threat” in this context is wrong. Kölsch continues: “Nevertheless, they are tortured daily with tests, masks, and soon also vaccinations.” With an “arbitrary” incidence number of 165, children will be forced to deal with “the next lockdown.”

As previously reported at RAIR, Germany’s controversial Infection Protection Act (IfSG) already allows the state to isolate citizens in prison facilities, confiscate children, and place them in ‘forced Isolation coronavirus facilities.

I am Manfred Kölsch. In my nearly forty years as a judge I would not have thought that a virus could unhinge the German constitutional architecture.



Federalism is being carried to its grave with the help of the Minister-Presidents.


The determined incidence level, automatism violates the 
rule of law because it is a measures act and the curtailment 
of individual legal protection; this violates Article 19, Paragraph 4 of the Basic Law.

Our children are certainly NOT among the threats or the endangered. This has been proven in many cases, and yet 
daily, with tests, masks and soon with vaccinations, they are tormented.



With a decided incidence number of 165 which borders on arbitrary, the next lockdown is imminent.




I protest against these disproportionate measures taken 
by the executive, but also against the damaging control of 
the executive by the judiciary. I protest, especially 
because I am now giving back the Federal Cross of Merit 
that was awarded to me many years ago.
